This is the most ***************** in all of the state of ***********, the ** *** ******** should never be aloud to work in this industry again due to his absolutely dishonest nature. If Nissan as a company cared about the people who represented them, I think they would not be about to go bankrupt as they are. But since they have people working such as ***, who tells his sales staff that even if the customer says "no" to AutoButler they will still have to pay for it no matter what. This is just poor business ethic at its finest, and he should be fired for both his dishonesty and how ugly he treats his employees when he thinks a customer cannot hear him!I will make sure to tell everyone how awful my experience here was, and maybe Nissan will do the right thing and remove this ** for one who cares about his staff and what the customer has to say.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Nissan of Picayune. If I could have, I would not have given them any stars. As a loyal customer, I brought my ********************************, which I've meticulously maintained for 15 years, to the dealership after it suddenly died. After having it towed to the dealership, I received minimal communication until I initiated it. Their initial inspection indicated my car needed a new engine (a hefty price tag slightly less than $18,000,00), citing a lie that the compression readings...that were false and not even possible for the make/model of my car. Despite offering an alternative, less expensive option (used engine for $8000.00), I declined. My independent mechanic resolved the issue for less than $5, revealing the initial diagnosis was not only incorrect but likely deceptive. My issue was a faulty fuel gauge...I RAN OUT OF GAS...AND THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE ENGINE!The Service Manager claimed that faulty equipment was the culprit. Based on that statement, there are probably others that have been scammed by them in the name of "faulty equipment"...and they probably don't have a clue. In my opinion, this is not an acceptable excuse for such severe oversight and lack of due diligence. I was charged $205.97 (they refunded my $) for this inaccurate diagnosis. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in Nissan's service standards. I hope sharing my story will help others avoid similar experiences. This dealership cannot be trusted at all.

I recently went to go purchase a Sentra from this dealership. They add on a service called Auto Butler for $599, wheel locks for $250, and vin etched into the window for $300. I told the sales manager that I did not want these additional options on the vehicle. I have never paid for them on other vehicles that I have purchased there. He told me “if you are not paying for the options then I won’t be buying the vehicle from them.” That is no way to treat any customer. I try to keep my business local but this guy just drove me to want to buy elsewhere.
