The pool technician's customer service was poor. I contacted the place of business for service on my pool on a Thursday. I didn't hear from no one about when they may arrive to service my pool. I contacted them via text to inquire if I am on the list for the following week. He stated that he didn't know what was on the list for next week. I continued to text and eventually asked, if he do any work on the side because I wanted my pump primed as soon as possible. He returned the text asking why. I informed him that I called on a Thursday and haven't heard from no one. He went to explained that "people like me be trying to temp his staff to do work outside the company". I explained that it was a simple question and the reason I had asked that question. The text eventually ended up as a result that he refused to service my pool. His final word was "good luck on your pool". I didn't feel like I was warranted for those such words. I had received service from this company before and was satisfied and this was why I wanted to obtain their service again. Nevertheless, after having a conversation like that, I will never want to obtain their service again. No customer service skills at all. He could have simply said "no they don't perform any service outside the company", and I would have been satisfied. I didn't try to provoke him with any type of funds at all. I was just wondering why I haven't heard from no one after making the call early Thursday for service and calling back on a Friday. I have called another pool service company and the politely provided me with an estimation of when someone might be out.
