    I purchased 2 Travel bags from this Company online- NOT realizing that they were PRE- order only. I needed them for our vacation. I contacted the company to ask about them and was informed that they were Pre order and 1 of them might be in stock the next week but the other was not available. So I asked to cancel the out of stock one and ship the other one if it would come in that week. I repeatedly emailed the company- and got a different answer and a run around and Finally NO reply at all. So I asked for a REFUND. Heard Nothing. Now my vacation has come & gone- No bags. No communication- No Refund. I filed complaints with both PayPal and my Credit card- and am still waiting to hear and get my refunds. I will never purchase anything from them again

    This customer placed two separate orders for Chenille Patch Weekender bags on 7/16/23. The items were clearly marked pre-order in both the title and product description. The product description specifies the approximate amount of time to allow for shipping and delivery. At the time this order was placed, we had some of the same weekender bags in different colors and styles and offered to adjust her order to the in stock bag for immediate shipping. She at first accepted but then declined and requested a refund. Please note that customer was  also sending communication in multiple ways (via our Shop Chat feature, via email and also via Facebook messenger) which made it difficult to reply without confusion. As stated on our website, preferred communication regarding refunds or cancellations is via our email. We replied to the customer emails and advised we would refund her order and to allow 1-3 business days for refund to process. Before we could process refund, customer initiated chargeback on one order and was refunded and initiated a PayPal claim for her other order in which I issued a refund to her on August 4th. See attached screenshots for verification of refunds. We are terribly sorry we could not meet this customers needs by immediately shipping her items and sincerely attempted to help meet her needs by offering the exchange and then the refund. I am not sure what else we could have done. We were accused of being fraudulent in PayPal claim despite all of this. Additionally, we did not receive initial communication when BBB complaint was filed. The email this morning was the first time we received notification of the complaint from the BBB. Please let me know if further communication or documentation is needed to show that we attempted to satisfy the customer and/or refunded the customer for both orders.
