    1 star

If I could, I would give 0 stars. The curly head salesman is a bold face liar! He sold my daughter a lemon. She didn't make it home before 2 lights came on. Only to have it towed back the next day. He assured me it was a good car after I explained to him that I cleaned houses for a living and didn't have money to be getting a car fixed. They kept the car for 5 days and when we had to put gas in to go all the way back to Tupelo the light was still on!! I asked him what the problem was and he proceeded to tell me about a transmission. That was a him problem not mine. He told me he was not paying for a censor and to get out of his office! He also told me if I didn't like it to buy a new car! That was my daughter's first time getting something on her own and couldn't afford a new car. Just because you have to buy what you can afford doesn't mean you have to put money into it before you can even enjoy it. I hate this is her first experience dealing with someone like him. I told him "God bless you" because Karma will be served and he's going to be out of more than we will. That wasn't a threat that was a promise.

    Auto Acceptance, Inc. Response

    06/17/2022

Upon purchasing our vehicles we send them all to a mechanic to be checked and serviced. There were no issues disclosed to the car lot upon inspection. Auto Acceptance does NOT offer an in house warranty on our vehicles but rather offers to sell and extended warranty through a 3rd party which was not purchased. Upon learning of a breakdown we had the vehicle towed where we learned that the vehicle needed a transmission. Auto Acceptance replaced the transmission and towed the vehicle at no charge to the customer. I feel as though Auto Acceptance went above & beyond to rectify any issues.

Upon receiving a response from Auto Acceptance. I will say there was no 3rd party or any other warranty offered. He got his money and didn't care about his word afterwards. There is several things wrong with this peace of trash he sold us. He stated if we wanted it fixed, to fix it our selves. We will do just that, but I don't know how he sleeps at night being a shady salesperson. Like I stated in the end, it will cost him more than it will us. God doesn't like ugly and he was very, very unprofessional..

UPDATE: We went to pick up the car on Monday the 13 of June, Saturday the 18th, my daughter had to call me to come and pick her up on Main Street in Tupelo. I don't know if there was a transmission put in the vehicle or not. That could have been another of his lies. All I know is we should be offered another vehicle. This one isn't safe. As a mother, I'm very upset. I didn't want to bring this up, but the gloves are off. When we went, the car smelled very strongly of Marijuana, another example of being unprofessional. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired and people taking advantage of innocent, less fortunate people and apparently there is NOTHING that can be done. So sad!! All it takes is ONE person to give someone a platform to put these kind of people on blast instead of everyone upholding this wrong.
