Had an appointment with ***** at wicked Diesel to drop off my *** x5. I was told one week and 8 thousand and some change. On the date of dropping off the car he demanded I give him half the money down. Okay fine.. one week goes by no call no communication from this guy. So I call Monday the next day and check on my vehicle and he had issues of being sick an firing guys... okay fine... another week and a half go by and still nothing so I call again and he tells me it will be ready on the weekend..get a call and told it's ready. I go to pick up the vehicle and I get texted that it's not ready it's having tension timing issues and they have to be addressed. Reasonable right... so he then proceeds to tell me itll be done by the end of that week. End of the week came and no call or communication again so I reach out to him and he tells me that it's gonna either be late friday or Saturday.. Weekend goes by Monday comes no communication from him. I get a hold of him and he says the cars not ready to be picked up that it's leaking oil and need to be addressed. So he has the car for another day to figure that out. He texts me that Tuesday and said cars ready for pick up. I get their to pay and pick up car. I start my car and it starts making the same noise I took it in for. Which was determined a timing chain. So I go in to tell him that it's making noises still and he comes to take a look at it and said he can get it fixed.. which it was 30 days that he's been working on a 40 hour job.. the car is not only still messed up it's also missing a bunch of bolts and my skid plates are missing off of my vehicle. The housing for my air filter the clips are now broken and the air box wasn't even on all the way. My cable for my hood latch has clips and one of those are now broken and cable is just dangling.

Beginning of Oct 2023 I brought in a pre-scheduled **** Diesel work truck in, parts already pre-paid for $2000. A Diagnostic had been done at another shop and the truck was in need of a new turbo, H pump and perhaps an oil cooler. The work truck is for dogs as I own and train Detection K9 Units for the Police across the US. The estimate was done on a software ********* via email to me. I reviewed the original estimate and approved the work. It was dropped off Wed morning and is estimated to be a 2nhalf day job at most, the following Monday he said he was cranking it hard and still not running .I went back and reviewed the original estimate I found double part numbers, for instance 2 Turbos. I asked the owner about this and he said I would still need to pay the original estimate even though there are double part numbers. The additional ************ not going into the truck would need to be omitted. I was denied. When I arrived Tues, the owner of this shop was rude, raised his voice and said I was to pay whatever amount I was invoiced in order to remove the truck. His software program has an Activity Log record, this record it will be time stamped. It will show how many times he changed it to fit his needs. I went and got cash, noticed a new windshield crack 14 inches in length. The new shop found the following: turbo base is gone, chiseled out the bottom in order for it to sit on the oil pump with a few bolts that were stripped, it was a wonder it was sitting still on top and plus damaged. The intake manifold was cracked n damaged. They found on the screens in the engine metal fragments from the camshaft. WD cranked it hard for a few days with no oil and ruined the engine. It now needs a new engine. I then sent a letter requesting my money returned for work not done properly at his shop and the major fix he caused to the now needing a new engine. Denied. Attorney ************** for fraud is investigating. Civil Court case filed for $15k. Ethics? He will pay.
