First off, the contract states that one list should be compiled and submitted and the suggestion of the clients lender and myself was to live in the house for a few weeks so as to capture all touch-**** I received this list on September 17th with a threat that you only have 7 days to complete. We are not going to be at the clients location without preferably *********************** present.  I coordinated and completed most work between Sept *****th. I also went again on October 11th.  I spoke with ***** and Deb ******** mother) to communicate about future visits to complete anything else necessary.  Most of the pictures were addressed prior to this report.  Some only required advance communication from homeowner to further understand.  The wire in garage is due to pre-wire for thermostat that homeowner requested for future garage heater. One of the pictures was pencil marks, no taping required.  Patio boards were painted on Oct. 11th after color match completed.  Handles were picked up and installed on Oct. 11th.  Garage is unfinished.  There was not adequate funds allocated for trimming out garage.  This was not part of the original bid.  Shiplap was damaged when homeowner had someone install TV.  I volunteered to repair, but this was not an issue due to me.  Door bell is already part of the security system and rings to homeowners phones and wired to speakers that have not yet been installed due to budgetary constraints.  However, I am happy to install as my electrician did pre-wire for this, but most homes with Smart Ring System do not want a standard door chime.  Again, communication lacking from homeowner.  Most of the front porch had already been finished during Sept. visit.  When I went to finish on Oct. 11th, homeowner disposed of materials needed that were left on location.  Coordinating with ***** to go back, as I will need to recut boards for those minor touch-****  Handrail was custom handrail and was installed when finished last week.  Caulking was homeowner responsibility as they took responsibility for "Painter Package" due to budgetary constraints.  Painters do the caulking and spackling.  I volunteered to assist and am still happy to address missed spots with homeowner available to point out those areas while I am on location.  This was not my responsibility but happy to help with kind communication.  I feel communication from ***** has been hostile and has made this finishing work difficult.  Homeowners insisted upon moving in to the house before the construction was completed which made the final weeks difficult working around homeowners moving in and mess.
