    *************************** was advertising a butcher block kitchen island on ******** through his company. I am located 2 hours away so I asked if I could place a hold deposit and pick up the island the following weekend. He said 50% so I paid him a 50% deposit on CashApp and told him I would drive to his store the following weekend. That following weekend I drove 2 hours to his store and when I arrived the store was closed. I messaged him and he said he was at a wrestling tournament and wouldn't be available. Since I lived 2 hours away I ask if I could have my deposit back. He agreed and said I would see it in **** business days. After about ****************************************************** CashApp to which he declined. I then inquired to him about the status of my deposit return on ********. His response was to then block me.

    On 07/12/2022 my household goods were sent to Legacy ********************************** 14th *****************, ********, *******. A contract was drawn up and signed by both parties. In August of ************************************************* the contract. And I have been trying for most of the year to contact this business by phone and have not been able to reach any one at this business. I have started to get concerned and tried all the phone numbers I was given and also a phone number which was given to me by the ************************** (that did not go through). The ************************** assured me that the Business was still viable. I went to check the business location and the doors were locked, garbage was strewn all around and papers covered the windows. I no longer live in ******** and live in ************** and I flew in this week so I could check on this business. I feel that there is a violation of the contract because they did not send any advertisement to me showing me the prices, plus the advertisement.Thank you for any and all help you can give me,*******************

    Legacy Estate Sales in ********, **. Took contents of two storage units and a double garage full of tools, furniture, household items, hunting and camping equipment and archery equipment. I was promised an inventory list and a contract. I have not received either. I have made several attempts to contact them and no one will return my calls. I have also received no money for all the items they took. I was promised money within two weeks. They began taking all these valuable possessions on September 15th, 2022. I need help to resolve this issue.

    I bought a motorized cart for my mom because she cant walk right now and they said it worked, wouldnt let me ride on it to try it, only walk next to it. They had to search 3 set of ri gs to find a key for it, which isnt the right key at all. I got it home safely in my Escalade and my mom sat on it and it makes a terrible noise and eonr move. We contacted the owner and he got an attitude and told us to check ourselves. Then told us to come to the shop, we set up a time and he left when we saw us come in. So I left and came back. He told me to get out of his business. I see he has a record of pulling guns on customers and doing this other times with customers

    We first need to get the facts out straight about this complaint. Which is another frivolous attempt and trying to get money back from a small business owner after you did something to the scooter. FACT 1: YOU AND A STAFF MEMBER DROVE THE SCOOTER THROUGH THE STORE AND OUT TO YOUR CAR. YOU COULD NOT RIDE IT BECAUSE OF YOUR EXTREMELY LARGE SIZE AND BEING MORBIDLY OVER WEIGHTED. IN FACT, YOU STATED TO ME, "I DIDN'T RIDE IT BECAUSE IF I SAT ON IT AND BROKE IT YOU WOULD BLAME ME. MY STORE IS SET UP TO RECORD **** SO I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SEND THE **** OF THIS. 

    FACT 2: IT WAS EXPLAINED TO YOU AT LEAST 3 TIMES THERE WAS NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AND YOU WERE BUYING AS IS. SHE ALSO ASKED SEVERAL TIMES IF YOU WANT TO WAIT AND BRING YOUR MOM IN. YOU SAID NO AND YOH UNDERSTOOD WHAT AS IS MEANT.  GUESS SHE WAS WRONG AND YOU HAD A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING THAT.

    FACT 3: YOU WERE TOLD TO LEAVE AFTER YOU THREATENED TO, 1. AND IN YOUR WORDS THROW A FING ROCK THROUGH MY WINDOW THE 2. STATED I HOPE YOUR TAXES ARE IN ORDER BECAUSE I'M GOING TO HAVE YOUR FING A** AUDITED. 

    FACT 4: I HAD SCHEDULED A TIME WITH JUROS TO HAVE THE SCOOTER CHECKED OUT AND IF IT WAS OUR FAULT HAVE IT FIXED. HOWEVER, YOU LOST YOUR TEMPER AND MADE THOSE THREATS BEFORE I COULD TELL You THAT.

    All this can be proven through audio recording and by contacting JUROS.

    I put a deposit of $650 dollars via venmo on a **** GMC Sierra ***** and told the business owner we would be there March 18th, 2022 to trailer it home. Upon arrival the ***** was in way worse condition than was shown in pictures. ******* was unable to find the keys so the ***** could not be started to see if it even ran. Without the keys we couldn't even put the ***** on the trailer. I then asked for my money back and ******* told me there was no refunds to either leave with nothing (including my money) or to take the *****. Because there was no keys we signed a contract stating that ******* would have the ***** re-keyed and deliver the ***** to me on Monday May 21, 2022. The ***** never showed up. We tried to contact ******* several times and those calls were blocked.

    If this was "lies, all lies"  then why was the truck not delivered per SIGNED CONTRACT and why are you still trying to sell the EXACT SAME TRUCK on ********.  I already attached the contract that YOU signed.  Now I am also attaching the screenshots from ******** you posted April 13th (5 days ago).

    There were multiple attempts to contact this gentleman to reschedule the delivery date. His phone number stated he did no have a mail box set up. We did not have a email for this gentleman so we could not respond that way. The Buyer also filed a complaint with Venmo and was denied a refund or charge back from them because of the evidence we presented to them. This kid is mad because he made a deal did not want the truck then tried to hide when we attempted to make contact and full fill our obligation. He is simply upset and doing all this because he made a mistake in not taking the truck and this is a end around trying to get his NON-Refundable deposit back.

    Acting on behalf of my mother-in-law, living in ******** **, who is planning a move to ******* ** in April 2022. ***** from Legacy has taken money as a deposit to conduct an estate sale and to move her belongings to **. ***** has sold some items and taken some items to sell in their storefront without any compensation or record of the sale. ***** did not show up to set up the estate sale scheduled for this weekend March 4,5,6. *********************************, my mother-in-law went to the store today at noon and met with ******* husband (*****) who states ***** has an addiction problem and has cleaned out their bank accounts and he cannot make good on the money ******* has entrusted them with. ******* is filing a police report with the ********, ** police department as I write this. What is our next step?

    I am rejecting this response because: Members of the BBB, thank you for being the conduit between Legacy and us regarding the money they stole from my mother-in-law in ******** *******.  Due to the overwhelming vulgar response in their last correspondence, I find there is no benefit for further dialog through BBB.   I would like to ask that you insert and post this email into your file regarding our complaint with Legacy Estate sales in ******** *******, and consider our case closed.    Thank you for your help in this matter.

    We have started civil proceedings against the company and will seek to recover the stolen funds.
