We stayed one night at this hotel from July 22-July 23, 2024. When we checked out, we were later billed for the following nights 7/22-8/7, 17 nights stay, a total of $2,824! I have tried contacting the General Manager several times, each time an employee tells me she will call me back and never does. I have not been able to contact anyone these last couple months for any kind of explanation as to why we were charged for 17 days. I have receipts to show we were no longer in the area during the time charged as well as not in the same state during these charges.

On Sept 11, 2024 I tried to stay at the Sleep Inn in Billings, *******, but I wasnt able to get into a room, the first one was occupied by a man, the next room I tried to open the door but the cards would not work, so I went and got another set, they didnt work either. So I ended up making a 4 th trip back to the desk. I am almost 69 yrs old and carrying my bags and food 4 times back and forth was a little more than I could handle and I asked to be credited for the night and I will go somewhere else to sleep. The man refused to give me a refund or cancel the reservation and he called the police and had me trespassed from the property. All I wanted was them not to charge me for a room I couldnt get into. I ended up trespassed and I left and went to the Super 8 down the road. I called choice hotels and filled a complaint and they told me to deal with the hotel myself. I have tried, they charged me $167.49 on the 13th for a room I didnt stay in. I have called numerous times and sent emails trying to resolve the charge but they have not contacted me at all. I sent it to **************************************** and have not heard anything. I had to pay $107.83 at Super 8 in order to sleep that night. The police trespassed me at the hotel due to incompetence and because the kid in charged was embarrassed I guess. I was not out of line I just refused to leave till the charge was reversed and thats why I was trespassed.

On Sept 2 I returned to my room at the Sleep Inn and was unable to get into my room because the key card would not work. I went to the front desk and the lady tried several times to use other cards to access my room but none of them worked. The front desk help was unable to find the master key to the rooms. She tried to call the manager and maintenance man and no one called her back. I was given another room to wait in while she tried to locate someone with a key. After waiting for over 3 hours and still no call from management i was told i should just go to bed and hopefully they will have accessed my room by the time i check out in the morning. This was unacceptable to me as i needed my night meds and cpap machine. I asked the front desk staff to call a locksmith but they refused because they did not want to get in trouble from the manager. I ended up calling the locksmith myself. He was able to unlock the room in a matter of minutes and i was charged $200 for this. The lady at the front desk was unwilling to cover the charge. When i checked out the next morning i asked to speak to the manager but they were not in. I left my name and phone number and no one has called me back. I have called the hotel everyday and left my name and number and still no response from the hotel. I have also sent emails and faxed them a copy of the locksmith bill. I would like to be reimbursed for this bill.

On June 1st we spent the night at this place. When we got to the room there was no remote for the *** Talked to the fellow at the front desk and he came to our room with us with a remote that did not work so he said he would go find another one and be back Never saw him again. Asked the girl at the desk the next morning but she could not help us. She said she'd make a note of it. When we asked for a receipt she said the machine was out of paper and she would not be able to do anything about it till after 8 o'clock. She gave us the company card with phone numbers and told us to call the general manger on Monday. Called and his voice box is full. Have called almost every day since and his box is always full so we are not able to get ahold of him. Sent him an e mail and have heard nothing.
