I purchases a 2020 Serento from them only after they sweet talked me into it. I had a vehicle that wasnt in best shape but i took care of it that it drove me hundrends of miles the years I had it. The salesman did not have a price for me and I told them no a few times and said they would put me in debt with the payment they were trying to get me. I told them I am trying to work on my credit and they did hard inquires anyway with several banks and i was shocked to find out how many they did. They told me free oil changes for two years and a bumper to bumper coverage. Well, I asked to look at the bumper because they was a hole in it and they told me well you trade in isnt in good shape either. I continued to asked them too just look at it. But all they said was we can get the part to replace it. I finally agreed because of the pressure they kept putting on me. 3 men against one female and kids waiting....kinda hard to hold my ground to say no no no but they got me. I signed papers and found out later from the bank they did not take any money off for my trade in. Not sinle dollar for my trade in and just added the remaining balance i did owe on top of the price of the vehicle inclluding the taxes. No wonder they dont let anyone know the priceing when your asking up front. I was burned so bad and now adding another 500 a month to my bills. Wish I never drove onto their lot. I shoudnt say this but i hope everyone single one of them go into debt and struggling to paying bills just like they did to me. they never called me back after weeks of watiing to hear from them about the bumper. it wasnt just the part that was needed it was the whole bumper that needed to be replaced. which out of my pocket is *******. sad they didnt care not to listen to me and just send someone to look at it.

GMC/KIA/VOLKSWAGEN dealer (across street from Scheels) is a false advertiser.I got a scratch and win flyer in mail. I scratched and won my choice between a snowmobile or $8000.00! It read No gimmicks and real winners. It instructed me to call dealership which I promptly did. They told me I had to show up in person with the flyer and positive ID to get my prize. I drove over an hour to their location on icey roads. I was then interrogated by an obnoxious salesman into giving my personal information which was necessary to collect my prize. After berating the car I drive and trying to sell me a superior used one, he said, Lets go see if your reservation code on your flyer matches our winning codes today. Of course, it didnt. I immediately told him that their promotion was deceitful. He quickly acknowledged and apologized, saying that their lottery promotion was indeed BS and that now his ****** ratings were about to plummet.I couldnt agree with him more. Read the other reviews on their sweepstake promotions - I'm not the only one. Never do business with someone who only means to take advantage of you.

Long history as a car buyer but this place was a first! *** ********** of Billings MT.! My husband and I are both professionals and weve raise seven children over the past 30 years. So were pretty much experts at purchasing vehicles. This place was a first for me, I went to look at a *** today. Told the salesman I liked a particular car and that I was pre-approved by my bank and wanted to know the vehicles details and price. The gentleman returned with the key about 10 minutes later and then told me that unless I came inside and filled out their paperwork they couldnt give me a price on the vehicle. Has anyone else ever experienced that? A delearship wanted to run your credit again to see if you were even worthy to know the purchase price of a vehicle. I told this gentleman I was not interested in purchasing on those terms. I then went looking for the manager and spoke with him and it was the same double talk at the Cadillac ********** right next-door which happens to be the owners of the *** and VW ********** for Billings *******. *** worked in the corporate world a long time and take making complaints very seriously. But felt I had to share as a warning to others.I myself will never purchase a vehicle from this place as their internal workings seem pretty deceitful.

I'm 78 years old. I say that because it used to be we could trust anyone we did business with! At any rate, what happened to me was that I signed papers paying for a used (****** miles on it) 2021 Rav4 somewhere about ****** dollars and the suggested manufacturer's retail price was 31 thousand something (the sticker was in the glovebox). Also, I'm or was trying to get through the sales ***** (**** has answered the phone both times) to get some tools and flashlight had left in my trade-in, a white, hail damaged ****** Sentra. Also, now I needed the Shapshot device out of it and also, the second key to the '21 Rav4 I purchased from you! **** refuses to help me! He is saying I insulted him and the company and I've been abusing him verbally! I've apologized but it's not helping. He's refusing to help. The salesman ******, who sold me the car, said you would look for the key, possibly checking with the former owner and I have the second key for the ****** I would bring over. If you ask me, those guys you hired to help you sell cars were shysters and I would expect to get out of this sale or something!
