One of the best days of the year when I found Timeshare Specialists and their sister escrow and closing company, Resort Closings. I found ****** at TS via an **** search where I noticed a continuous stream of timeshare sales occurring within a week and a 100% rating @ ****. I built up the nerve to contact them after ****** told me they would take 18 months to sell while issuing nonstop warnings about scams. Best decision I ever made. 100% truth and honesty at every turn including incredible clarity on all fees (and who was responsible to pay them) which were identical to what ****** told me they would be if sold through ******. Additionally, they were much faster than they indicated and provided almost immediate responses to my questions along with regular updates. In contrast, ****** answered questions every 7 days. Took 6 weeks from signing with ** to finished transfer via Resort Closings. Danni at ** was the best ever. So efficient, quick, and CLEARLY knew exactly how the Hilton transfer process worked which allowed her to answer every question with confidence and accuracy. Knowing that my funds and transfer would occur through a certified escrow company made the process all that much better. Thank you to the whole team for being so wonderful. ****** *.

I am the skeptic of all skeptics! I spoke with tons of sales people who would call me constantly for the last 2.5 years, ever since I showed interest online in wanting to get rid of my timeshare.....the timeshare I got pressured into buying and NEVER wanted! Yes, it's a tough pill to swallow, to SPEND MORE MONEY to get rid of it, BUT, it is a necessary evil, so get cozy with the idea because you have no choice. However, ***** with Resort Closings, assured us they were the only company I could find after 2 years of searching, that would do the deal AND then ask for payment AFTER everything is signed between the parties. They understood our concern, paying another upfront cost, not knowing if it will actually work, is a HUGE leap of faith on our part. This company is the real deal! I had a Club Wyndham timeshare and we just wanted out because ONE, we never used it as we told them we never would, and TWO, we didn't want this attached to our estate when we die and leave our relatives to have to deal with it. We paid almost $20K for our pressured buy, another tough pill to swallow to let go of such an expensive mistake for $0 return, but it was worth it in the end. We were paying $84/mo too for fees. It is a sin what the timeshare companies get away with....but it is what it is. Anyway, ***** assured us, we wouldn't pay anything until they found someone to transfer our timeshare to. It took MONTHS. I became very skeptical it wasn't going to work, but it DID! It took another month to get the actually finalized document from Club Wyndham, that everything had transferred and for our monthly fee to stop being assessed to our credit card. We are finally free of this timeshare, we paid our fee to ***** when all docs were signed by all parties. Now we never have to worry about this lousy timeshare when we pass because we would be embarrassed for our family to find out we were stuck in one of these things! THANK YOU *****!

***** and ***** were very professional and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this company if you are trying to get out of a timeshare. It was also completed in a timely manner.

Overall I interfaced with a fine team of individuals at Resort ******** *** in ******* , *******. I must single out an outstanding individual who interfaced with me every step of the way in the transfer of my ownership in Marriott property and ************* (file nos. ***** & *****). Throughout the entire process *********************** responded in a highly professional and competent manner, shepherding me and responding immediately to any request for assistance that might arise in making this exercise an extremely smooth experience. Without ****** knowledge and experience, I am sure that this significant event, at this stage of my mature years, could have been most stressful and physically wearing.
