    After having my wisdom teeth out I have been receiving bills even though our insurance company shows they paid more than previously expect and we should actually be credited back for our prepayment. Many attempts have been made via phone and in person to get ahold of their billing department or manager and they do not answer their phones or call us back. When going in person they tell me that they dont have anyone available to help as their billing department works from home. We have extended all options that we have to get things corrected and have not been able to speak with anyone. We were originally told they would correct things and they have continued to send statements with late fees rather than reaching out to the insurance to find the payment they are saying they havent received but that the insurance has told us they paid out to them.

    We did recieve the payment from the insurance on 2/13/24 and issued the patient a refund. The patient was called and picked up the refund in person.  ************* coordinator had to have the insurance reissue the check.

    My son had multiple teeth extractions with Northern Montana Oral. The first was 11/30/22 & the second was 1/4/23 (with several more throughout the years.) I submitted a payment of $523 on 11/30 and a payment of $417 on 1/4. I have only a $50 deductible but NMO wouldnt accept that so I paid the down payments for him to get his teeth extracted. Our EOBs are back and we should be receiving roughly $800 and some back.. I have called and left several messages with billing and have heard NOTHING back. I called the manager and left a message and nothing back I would really like our reimbursement.Please keep in mind that this is only two of the several services we should have seen a reimbursement on but did not. As I get older and understand how our insurance works, I now realize we have always had only a $50 deductible and have always paid hundreds each time with no reimbursement from them.

    Had oral procedure on 12/29/2021. At this time a copy was taken of my insurance card and I was given a estimate that I may owe ******. On 5/31/2022 I received a **** for ********. I called to inquire and was informed that they were clearing up some billing issues. I informed them and it was documented my good faith estimate. I was told there was nothing they could do. That is a 1,187092 difference, that is huge. I received my first **** on 5/13/2022.I made attempts on 5/13, 5/17 and 5/19 to talk with the manager. I left messages and a called was never returned.
