    We called when they opened to ask them about a car they had on their lot as we are from Boulder and didnt want to load up our newborn twins to drive to Great Falls if there was no chance of us getting this vehicle. ***** told us over the phone he would be no help unless we came up there for him to look at our trade in, but not to worry, he would make it worth wild for us. We loaded up our twins and took off for Great Falls. We didnt even stop to pick up lunch and we didnt want anyone to have to wait on us. We pulled in and saw the car park to the side, so we pulled up next to it and went in, where they proceeded to tell us sorry, there is someone negotiating right now on it and this maybe only happens once every six months that we have two people interested at the same time. We drove 2.5 hours with newborns and we got a simple sorry. We then were told we could look at it while the other group got their trade in looked at, we were told it would take 5 minutes, and then sat for 20 minutes with crying babies for them to tell us the other group purchased it. We tried to call ***** and talk to him after this all went down, but our call was screened. I guess you choose how to run your business we dont really venture out from ***************** in ****** (definitely worth the drive), and can guarantee we wont be venturing back up to Lithia in Great Falls ever again not that they probably care, because they didnt seem to care too much when they had us take the trip initially. Me and my family thank you for allowing us the opportunity NOT to work with you.

    The sales team was, for lack of a better word, scummy. They lied to me about this crappy little Dignifi loan they use for down payments (which believe me has all kinds of problems themselves, another scummy business. Do not recommend what-so-ever.) and told me that I would have 6 months to pay in full before any interest was accrued. Turns out that I only had 90 days and now I'm stuck in a shabby loan that has 27% interest because of a lie told to me from one of their salesmen (****). To make matters worse, he lied on my credit application, stating that I made a lot more monthly than what I told him. I would put in less stars if I could. I will also look into legal action against their company in the next few days. Stay away they don't deserve your hard earned money.

    Purchased new 2008 Dodge Ram at Lithia Dodge of Great Falls . The truck has just turned ****** miles . I purchased the factory Chrysler warranty . I was told yesterday that a paper was put in my glove compartment regarding warranty. I have never received that paper and or it was stolen . I called yesterday to get some warranty work for replacing the Rack and pinion steering . I was told initially I was not covered . I told them I had bought the warranty and said I needed to contact Chrysler because they could not do anything until I contacted them. I called today and was floored when they said I missed an inspection And my warranty was cx . I have never received any messages from Great Falls Dodge Lithia that I missed or was even scheduled for any maintenance intervals. I bought the life oil changes and stopped going after I noticed the boot just beneath the oil Filter was ripped open and damaged. I am a retired heavy equipment mechanic and did all the maintenance there after myself . Since the truck was maintained, I have records of my maintenance performed and sales slips . I believe this dealership has some serious issues in the departments of warranty purchasing and notifications of maintenance due regardless . When I was told by the female who sold me the warranty that the warranty was transferrable along with the engine being warranted forever by Dodge exclusive for that year only I jumped . I was told a couple years ago that I was lied to by the warranty sales person . This dealership should be sued for giving bs . I was on my way to by a ****** Tundra and and decided to by a dodge due to the outstanding ride performance. Im fixing the truck out of pocket At a local shop and am trading in this vehicle which is now a rust bucket with ****** miles *** a new Tundra . Later ??

    By far the worst experience ever. Only one sales person and lets actually be accurate here only one person in this building tried to make what happened to my fianc right. She traded in her car for a newer used car get it home started having transmission issues look further into it and its a known issue for the year to have at every ***** miles after we found that out we requested her trade back they refuse to give her her trade back and is now out of a vehicle unless they give her trade back as she refuses to take they car they sold her knowing its going to have issues saying it was certified safe when the manufacturer has issued a statement declaring this issue unfixable and unsafe once it begins. Very bad business being ran here I will tell everyone I know to stay away from here cause they are a liability. Mind you we live almost two hours away and are dealing with this

    Before I share my awful experience, I'd like to start by saying nobody treated me badly. Everyone was helpful, ***** the manager listened to my frustrations and ultimately gave me everything I had demanded. Trusting Lithia's crew, I had a rack and pinion replacement and full front shock replacement to fix a problem that wasn't related. Those repairs were alot of money. I was finally told it was the rear differential on December 8th, 2021 and the part could be in end of December. I called January 4th, 2022 and was told the part was 45 days out. I called February 15th and was told the part had been sitting since January 28th. Nobody ever bothered to call me for updates or to tell me the part was in, meanwhile my kids and I were in a vehicle that was struggling to make turns and getting worse. There is some serious miscommunication and guessing going on in the service department, I will never go back or recommend Lithia.
