    Our vehicle has been in their service department for just under two months. we did not get a loaner vehicle and when asked we were told to rent one. the ****************** has terrible customer service and is not responsive TO MESSAGES VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. They seem Nonchalant and passive. All we want is our vehicle repaired so we can use it for our planned summer vacation. we are still required to make payments on a vehicle that we cannot even use.

    I had hit a deer july 23rd, I towed the car to ***** My car is a 2014 **** focus that needed repairs and my service advisor said the car would be done in 2 weeks.One month later my car has not been moved from where I towed it and left it, and no work was started. The service advisor lost and never entered my information.Once that was corrected another month and 2 weeks went by with NO contact at all from *****The only initial contact I've had with them was when my service advisor told me 2 weeks. They told me three days ago that my car was not finished being worked on and that it needed a new engine.It sat for 2 months and some change, no one contacted me to tell me anything. **** claimed the reached out to my insurance however my agent never knew anything about it.No one called me, I called for 2 weeks straight before I went in the first time leaving messages with the manager of the service department.Not a single soul replied to my messages left. My name and number and my issues were left on their answering machine. They had to reenter my information, and they still cannot find me by my name in their system. No one seems to care, nor willing to accept responsibility for this. The manager shrugs its off, as do any employees.I have never experience anything like this fiasco in my life. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with their "service".

    I wanted to update my complaint against kalispell ford. Complaint #********, they resolved my issue satisfactorily by paying my deductible like I had requested it in the original complaint. 
    The manager of the store was really nice and helpful. All my issues were resolved with them.

    Received notice from the manufacturer that the replacement for the *** cooler system should be covered by the manufacturer. Just had the system replaced on February 21st 2022, prior to the notice being sent, for approximately $1,300. We were told that the *** system was not covered under the warranty the new motor has and we had to pay to fix that and that an oil leak from the engine that was discovered a couple weeks prior and brought to their attention to which they told us to wait until there was oil spots on the ground or having to top off the oil every 500 miles was also not covered and would cost approximately $170. Once the vehicle was fixed, I went to pay and was informed that they did end up covering the oil leak and we just had to pay for the *** system. When we took the notice to the dealership they informed us that the *** system was covered by them and that the oil leak was not covered and that we paid for the oil leak to be fixed and not the *** system. I believe they either failed to apply the standards of the warranty for the motor in relation to the oil leak or the notice regarding the *** system. I am out approximately $1300 for a repair that should have only cost approximately $170.

    *************************** Kalispell Ford Parts and Service Director reached out to ***************************** in regards to her complaint.  Through discussion with her and Tell ****** who are both associated with the vehicle it was agreed upon that the communication between Kalispell Ford and the customers was not as clear as it would have needed to be.  With that being said,  it was agreed upon by ***************************,  ***************************** and Tell ****** that the dealership would cut them a check back for $583.00 and that was a fair resolution for all parties.
