    On 5/3/2024, I sent $1000 to LSC Ranch (Owner ***********************) as a deposit on two miniature boxer puppies. At the time, LSC just had a premature litter ******** was mothing dog) where all the puppies died except for one "miracle" puppy who survived via bottle feeding (purchased by another client). LSC Ranch had 4 litters expected with home dates in the Summer of 2024. None of the four litters had live offspring, with at least 2 of the litters birthing puppies that all subsequently died. After all 4 Summer litters failed, ***** called me to explain that while there were two planned litters with home dates in the Fall of 2024, she was not confident they would bear offspring. She stated that one of the mothers in the litter (****) was not a willing participant in the mating process and needed to be held down by ***** and another helper during the mating process. Therefore, she was skeptical there was a successful tie. She stated that the other litter (mother *****) did not mate that they were able to see, and therefore were skeptical about that mate as well. With ********* litter, the 4 Summer litters, and the two Fall litters, that was 7 failed or questionable matings in a row. ***** stated that she could not offer a refund because her family has credit card debt. She offered that we could again be moved to a new waiting list, but she could not assure they would have live puppies. Our concerns are as follows: Puppy Health: We have lost confidence that LSC Ranch has a healthy environment for these dogs. In our brief research, we found that multiple failed litters can be a result of disease, over-breeding, or poor conditions.False Advertising: Despite her phone conversation with us where she was skeptical of the Fall matings, she was still advertising these matings online and collecting money for them. Financial Viability: It sounds like this company is no longer financially viable and the customers are being impacted.

    LSC Ranch received two deposits for two puppies from *******s planned litter, from *************. ******* unfortunately only had one stillborn pup. Which is not unheard of for a first time mother. At that time we offered for ************* to transfer to a fellow breeder that had a litter of puppies from one of my dogs I had placed with her. Which is absolutely unheard of for a breeder to do, however I wanted to be fair and thus offered a transfer to her litter. He refused and opted to transfer to my next upcoming litter, Melody. ****** was pregnant at the time. ****** ended up going into labor early and we lost the litter due to being premature. It was very devastating.
    I again offered to ************* a puppy from one of two different litters of puppies that were already born and doing well with my breeder friends. Both litters were from my lines and also Miniature boxers.  I also offered for him transfer to either of our upcoming litters due in August.
    ************* signed and agreed to a "Pre born" puppy deposit contract/agreement  where it clearly states that preborn deposits are not guaranteed and that he can transfer to another litter or available puppy. Which I did offer to him several times. He refused and wants his deposits back. The contract clearly states that deposits are none refundable but transferable. I have provided several options for ************* to get puppies. However he has refused. He is also in direct violation of our contract with taking action against LSC Ranch which he agreed not to in the signed contract. ************* is welcome to choose a puppy from us, or he forfeits his deposits which is clearly stated in the contract and all over our website.  I have gone above and beyond offering ********************* and litters to transfer to.
    He claims several lost litters, however that is simply not true. He has only been on two litters that ended in very unfortunate circumstances ( ******* and ******) The two litters we have due in August are confirmed by a vet. We also still have available puppies that have been offered to *************.  He has only been on the pre born deposit list for 6 months and we have had several available puppies during that time. All to which he opted not to receive.
    Sincerely,
    **********************;
