    I ordered a coat as a gift for Christmas on November 29th, 2024. I have not received it and the tracking still says processing. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. the 5th time was to request a refund.

    On February 24 I placed an order from TheWesternOutfitters.com due to the fact that they had a bargain price on a Tecova's Women's Suede Fringe Jacket. This jacket was being ordered as a replacement for my wife's Tecova's jacket of the exact same style that had recently ripped. The pictures featured on TheWesternOutfitters.com featured the exact jacket, including the Tecovas labels. As such, I assumed it was the same jacket since that is what the pictures showed, and I placed the order. The order did not arrive until March 12, 2024. When it arrived and I opened the package, it was very clear that it was NOT a Tecovas' jacket as they had featured online, but a very cheap knock-off version. On March 13, 2024 I reached out to the WesternOutfitters.com and requested a refund, as they only had a 14 day return window on their website after receipt. On March 14, *********************** with TheWesternOutfitters.com reached out suggesting a replacement be sent instead. On March 14 I also responded to the the Western Outfitters I had NO interest in a replacement knock-off, but wanted a full refund for the product. On March 15, TheWesternOutfitters.com confirmed that all of their products were "inspired" knock-off versions of the actual products, even though they are displaying the brands and images from other companies websites. On March 18 and 22 I told TheWesternOutfitters.com that I demanded a refund, and would be filing this report, but have not heard back. I have also informed the brand Tecovas about the false advertising that is going on on theWesternOutfitters.com, and I believe they are looking into this as well.

    On February 20th, 2024 I purchase merchandise online from The Western Outfitters. I used a credit card and I recieved an email on February 20, 2024 that funds were taken and I checked my credit card activity and saw that the funds were taken. The order number they gave me was *****. I received a second receipt saying that I paid the money to Ecommerce People via PayPal. I do not have a paypal account however the funds were taken from my credit card. There was a transaction ID number, a Merchant Transaction ID number, and an invoice ID number plus I had that order number of ***** they sent me originally. After about a week, I decided to check the status of the order and none of the numbers they gave me worked. There is no phone number listed on the website or any of the receipts to call. I emailed them twice and never got a response. I then noticed all the complaints online about people either not getting merchandise or receiving wrong merchandise or not able to return merchandise. It is now March 11th and I have not received the merchandise nor a reply to my emails. I ordered a black frindge jacket and a retro leather bag for a total of $360.00.
