  Insurance Fraud, contract fraud, lies, where to even begin? The new owners of this business lie on their filing of it being a woman owned business, they lied to the previous owner when they purchased the business telling them the customers would be taken care of and they lie about the repairs that have been done. **** thinks he knows how to work on vehicles but is doing alignments and putting vehicles on alignment and frame machines without certified or qualified employees. He treats women like they are beneath him and talks down to them. He processes auto insurance claims, collects money on them and does not do the work. Look at reviews for Spartan Tuning another business he purchased, then ran it into the ground and changed name. **** is a crook that takes advantage of women, insurance companies and others. He buys reputable businesses and then destroys the reputation, offers lifetime warranties and then tries to slime his way out of them. He owes me for loss of use telling me he would pay it until my car was repaired. He had posession of my unsafe to drive car for 20 days while people sent me pictures of his staff driving my car. He owes me for an alignment that was never done causing the control arm to be destroyed. His lack of action caused a $1500 set of Toyo tires to be destroyed, unnecessary wear and tear on my 3 year old vehicle. The paint on the bumper wipes off with Alcohol. He does nothing but threaten and then tell you he is ending the “lifetime warranty” that he promised to get the insurance money. In addition **** pawned me off to his service writer that told me my frame was bent based on “what he read on google”!!! Now **** says the frame is in spec but refuses to produce the reports. **** says his employee is an idiot and should have never said anything about the frame. **** needs to stop buying reliable businesses destroying their good names. He runs their name down and then changes the name.

  Thank you for giving us the option to respond to Mrs. ************* claims
  This is **** and ******** ****** the owners of Action Auto Body  LLC, which we started operating businuess in September of 2021. 
  We are currently following legal channels in response to Mrs. ************* claims, and deny all of her statements and claims.   Her lies and false accusations are really difficult to hear.
  
  
  Mrs. ************* vehicle work was performed in June of 2021 by the previous company which was at the same location, Most action Auto Body LLC, DBA Action Auto Body and owned by **** ********  In her complaint she makes several false statements and claims, and demands that we honor the previous owner's work and Lifetime Guarantee. We are not in a position to assume guarantees of the owner of a different business.  The previous owner, **** ******** is aware of her request for him to honor his lifetime guarantee. 
  
  
  Once we receive more complete information on the case and consulted with our attorney, we look forward to providing the BBB with a more complete response.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  There is no resolution offered.  In the State of Montana you are required to follow through with the Lifetime Warranty and Workmanship from the company that you purchased.  Especially, when your riding on the coattails of the previous owners hood name and ethics.  They are still using the previous owners website, reviews, name, phone number and location.  In addition **** himself agreed that his sale documents state he is responsible and his verbal agreement with the previous owner fell through regarding transferring responsibility back to the previous owner.

   

  in addition they have been asked on numerous occasions to provide contact information for the “previous owner” and refuse to do so.

  The Montana Consumer Affairs act outlines the guidelines they need to follow.  This is NOT the first business they have done this with.

  Thank you again for allowing us the oppourtunity to Clarify.

  This is **** and ******** ******, Owners of Action Auto Body LLC. 

  We purchased the assets of Most Action Auto Body LLC, DBA Action Auto Body from Darr Rigggert and we started opperating business on September 1st 2022. We did not purchase any of Most Action Auto Body's Liabilites.

  The sale was an asset only sale, the purchase was an only asset only purchase.
