    I can’t even give them one star I would say customer coming in to Ford to buy a Ford bronco my first brand new vehicle ever. It’s a very, very long story. The gist of it was is that I came in. I know exactly what I wanted on my vehicle. I took them out to their car lot because they did not have the exact vehicle. I wanted took them out to their car lot and pointed to everything on a vehicle that I wanted, I was very specific I came in inside to talk numbers with them they got my trade-in. They ended up getting the money that I put down on the vehicle set on a price and they told me they would find my vehicle about a week later they call me up. The manager says hey, we found your vehicle I said does it have exactly what I want on it Said yes, he said the only thing that doesn’t have On it is the towing package. He said that can be installed once the vehicle arrives So I proceeded to ask him is it going to look like the cars with the towing package that are on your lot and he said yes. So that day I went to go pick up my car very excited sign the papers on my first brand new vehicle and left waiting on a phone call about getting my towing package installed. I call a week later stating that my towing package had arrived, but I can get it installed. This company was going to do was cut into my brand new bumper put a towing hitch on my car and a five pin wiring harness to the front of my brand new bumper, so after a couple days of crying my eyes out I contacted the Ford company. I told them we need to meet about my vehicle. So I went up there showed them my vehicle and the only words out of the sales person was I didn’t know it was gonna look like that Onto going to talk to the sales manager, I find out after two weeks that they have Let go of the workers the sales manager that was there when I bought my vehicle was the sales guy that I talked to you about what I want on my vehicle. I will continue the rest of the story

    ****** was a wonderful help during the process of buying my 2021 Tiguan. ***** was also excellent and explained the financial side of car-buying well! I Would definitely recommend both of them in addition to the manager of the Albemarle Ford dealership and ******* who was the receptionist. Thank you all! God bless you!

    Review update from 06/04/204 Brought the vehicle in . Issue was not resolved ********************If I could leave 0 stars then I would . I came In to look at a vehicle . They took my keys to do an appraisal and never gave them back . Had a funny feeling and wanted to leave . I kept telling them I wanted to go home and think about it . I was by myself and a hr away from home . Came in at 6 didnt leave until 10:30 at night. I kept saying I want to go and think about it ,more and more ppl came over to talk to me . The Big Boss kept telling me how he called the bank and got me this favor whats the problem?! . Goes to tell me how theyre taking a loss on selling me this vehicle (to sweeten the deal ). I told them my concerns and they promised they will fix whatever is wrong with the car . Like an idiot I trusted them and signed away . I asked several times for a service report of everything that was done to the vehicle prior to delivery . No one gave it to me .They sold me a car that didnt even last a week . Call the bank to let them know the car is a lemon, come to find out the deal was not finalized!!!. . I asked for my original car back and they told me they sent it off to the auction. At this point I feel defeated .. literally screwed at this point which left me no choice but to get another one of their vehicle .. which I couldnt take delivery that same day . I had to leave in a loaner because a new battery being installed supposedly .I reached out to them the next day to check the status of everything only to be told theyre working with other customers. The car finally get delivered and then boom check engine light comes on Im thinking its because of the new battery . Goes to get a diagnostic test and the EVAP(The Evaporative Emission Control System)needs to be replaced , Cylinder #3 misfire , ac goes out smh . Less than a month owning the vehicle smh .All around bad experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

    Dealer would not sell a new car without an "Albemale Promise" charge of $2995.00. This extended vehicle service contract was not provided by the manufacturer, but by a 3rd party entity.I requested not to enroll in this protection twice and was contacted by a sales manager only to be told it was mandatory on all their vehicles on the lot. This add on charge to the selling price of the vehicle should not be required. It is not even useful in the first 3 years of ownership.The conversation ended with the same manager stating he was not forcing me to buy the vehicle, he would not remove the add on charge, not adjust the asking price, and was done with me as a customer to their dealership.

    Purchased a used f150 and immediately arriving home with the vehicle noticed it had a very noticeable cam phaser problem. I did not notice at the dealership due to being in a rush and late at night but was something that should have been noticed by the dealership. The vehicle then took over 2 months to get repaired due to not being able to give me a loaner vehicle. The truck then had another major oil leak issue and the problem was fixed quickly but the dealership saw no problem with me having to come to the dealership every week for over 3 months. I then found out from 3 different sources that there is another f150 raptor on the lot that is still currently for sale but has the same cam phaser issues but yet is still for sale. Was not impressed with the dealership not seeing a problem with me having to repeatedly return to the dealership. I was scheduled to meet with the owner of the dealership on 2 different occasions but yet waited for hours and only ended up trying to be being pushed into another sale with a now depreciated vehicle and bot once was able to speak with the owner. *********** was great and very helpful but most was out of his hands due to the managers not seeing any issue with the situation.

    My dad purchased many cars from this dealership over the years and was friends with the previous owner prior to the dealership being sold. He always bought new because he wanted to be the first to drive the new truck. He had problems with the last several purchases but was still loyal to the dealership. In 2022 his purchase was supposed to include certain options which he did not get. His 2023 purchase included a bedliner which he did not get and which he ultimately bought himself. When his health began to fail, he negotiated the sale of his truck back to the dealership with his salesperson *****. Since he was in long term care, I completed the sale on his behalf. It is now over three months since this transaction was completed and dad has passed away. I still have not received acceptable payment for the sale of the truck despite jumping through many many hoops to obtain payment. Their demands always change, first I had to take off work and drive two hours to sign a document, and I was promised by ***** and his manager that I would receive a check that day. No check, additional documents to sign. Both ***** and the manager have departed the dealership and been replaced, and no one seems to be able to simply provide payment for the truck. As recently as last week, the manager told me they were not going to complete the purchase and were going to return the truck to me and I agreed to that. Within an hour, they again changed their mind. I advise anyone looking for a car to go elsewhere. These people have given me every runaround possible and made the most difficult time of my life even worse. Nothing related to my dad's passing has caused me as much stress as this transaction and I would not wish this on my worst enemy. All I wanted was to be treated fairly and that did not happen. Look elsewhere and find a dealership who will deal with you honestly and fairly, which this dealership will not.
