I just wanted to take a minute to say a huge thank you To ********************* that does door installs for Lowes. His company is contracted with Lowes. I know since moving to Brunswick County that word of mouth referral, someone that has actually dealt with installer is a must. The glass storm door we ordered when it came a couple of weeks ago and had some defects. In the blazing heat and ************** was so nice as he took the door back to Lowes to show them the damage to the door. Well he came back today with a big smile and installed perfectly our new glass storm door. It is really refreshing to have someone with such a positive attitude and attention to detail. I cannot recommend him enough. After dealing with some people it is just wonderful to know that there are still good, positive people out there and dont have an attitude. The first door was damaged and he had already installed by himself 5-6 doors in horrible heat and he was so nice when i saw some imperfections and was glad to come back out. I just want everyone to know this IS your guy if you are having a door installed through Lowes. Thank you so much ***** for making my day. I love my new door and thanks for being so understanding about the defective one. I wanted to take the time and post this review on ******* yelp, beach bums and next door. Beach Bums and Next Door have been so helpful with recommendations and I wanted to let everyone know how professional and really a nice person to have come to your house. I am going to call the owner ************************* with the company ***** works for Rock Solid to let him know how much I appreciate an employee that arrives on time and how rare that is in Brunswick County. He really needs to be cloned as we have had a few bad experiences since moving here with service people that are late if they show up at all. I cant thank ***** enough !!!! Love my new storm door.
