The worst experience we have ever had! They are a complete joke! I cant believe that this is allowed to happen. We called and it was $650, they said a truck came, we were sitting in the yard waiting no truck came it was all bull shit! Then he called and said he had another driver in the area and it was now $1050! We agreed, then we get a call and he says the driver had to take a different route! $470 more! Like really? We refused to pay more and waited for the car to get to the destination. We negotiated down to $200 more. The driver gets there and wants $1350 cash, we already paid the money and approved our account to be charged this on delivery! There was no mention of cash! I would never ever use this company again! This company is a scam and continues to s**** many people over the broker first as for deposit which was given then day of pick up I called and asked where was the driver he stated he had not veted the driver and that he had no insurance so he had to go with another driver so he need another 100 dollars to secure a driver. I did that so driver comes gets my vehicle. A few days later I call and ask for a status he stated the driver that was taking the vehicle broke down and could not take the vehicle so he needed another amount of money to secure another driver then a few days pass I text again this ***************** who so the broker states that the driver broke down in ********* and it will be ***** days but if I give him more money he would have a driver pick it up from ********* and continue with the trip so I said h*** Im in ********* let me know where is the vehicle or send me prof is here and I can go where it is at never send the info he continued to lie so then the next day I ask him if he had driver info send me complete different info driver didnt even know what I was talking bout so I called the guy and ask him why did he continue to lie when I have gps on my car and I knew the whole time the car had never left its original destination I have screen shots of each day that the car sat at the main location once I told him I had gps on the car never responded back with no more information. This company has done this with atleast 3 other of my soldiers in the pass few days this company is a scam and has cost alot of us money and time because the longer the car sat on that side of the county the more we spent on rental cars all because they Continue to fail to be transparent and honest with theyre clients so DO NOT USE them ever!!Review from Jose T

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any so-called professional Business .They started off with saying it was gonna be $850 From pick up to door delivery. Once it was time for the Truck to be picked up at the time that I was told It will get picked up. They wanted $1700 but said they would drop it off to $1000 if I waited another week. That Week past and the truck was still not picked up. Then I was told it was going to be $1400 and they will get picked up that same day and deliver on August 8, 2024 now the price went up to $2000. They said they picked it up like three days ago, but I just spoke to the previous owner and she said they barely picked it up like 3 Hours ago. ********************* and ****** and Whoever else is there Are just a bunch of liars and scammers never in my life will I use this garbage of a company. It is very sad that they full people that have no idea whats going on And how they deceive . Do you research people before you use this company. Complete Scammers, I made the mistake of only checking the reviews on their webpage and should of checked elsewhere. ***********************, *****, **** ***** are all scammers. These people are whats wrong with America. Called me while my car was in the middle of the country and told me the driver was not going to my destination anymore and that I needed to pay another $250 in order for the driver to finish the delivery. They never contacted the driver and when the car ended up at the drop off location the driver had no clue what was going on.The story is too long to put into words for this review, but know ONE THING. THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF SCAMMERS!!!!!

This people are scammers my car was pick up from ********** to be deliver to ******* they call me saying it was the driver and the truck broke down and that I had to send more money to pay for storage because my car supposedly was in the state of *********, my car has a gps tracker call LoJack I was looking at my phone and my car was still in ********** this people are liers they stop calling me but they keep on taking money out of account I report them to the federal motor carrier safety and with the consumer protection commission of the state of ************** since this company is located in that state , when the driver arrive to delir my car he told me this people tend to lie this way to get more money from you he said to report this as fraud and to call the main dispatch and report them also the website he was a very nice person please dont used this companyUS PRO LOGISTICS LLC Response

Valued customer, You disputed all the charges you paid to us even though you provided email consent and signed all contracts before any payment was charged. We have all contracts and consents from you on records which we have submitted to the bank as well. US Pro Logistics is a broker company and we assign the best possible carrier that can match the requirements of your auto transport. Please keep in mind without brokers it's almost impossible to work directly with carriers in this industry. Lastly we apologise for the inconvenience that *** have caused but with STRONG POLICY we do not take money from anyones account unless a customer fully sends a email consent and signs the contract.Review from Dan J

Total SCAMMERS. Wish I saw these reviews before booking. Give you a quote and take your deposit, then claim cancelled drivers at the last minute and ask for more money to do the pick up with alternate drivers. Then they refuse to refund the deposit when they cannot meet the time and cost agreed upon, and threaten you with a cancellation fee. This is extortion. DO NOT USE!Review from Dale J

This company is just a brokerage, and do not own any trucks. Set a contract price, confirmed and took a deposit.When pu date came, said their shipping co, ShipMates, changed their minds and wanted 1200. more than the contract. Respectfully sir, if you research into it, all companies you contact through the web or all the ones that send you a quote are brokers. That is how logistics if operated in the ***. Furthermore, we apologise for the inconvenience, but some factors are not in our control. We consider that a good and reliable service, I understand you had to pay a higher fee, but also please understand that this is how the industry dynamics work. Hands down they worst company ever. I would of gave them no stars but the review will only do 1 star not 0 stars cause that's what this company Deserves No stars and Not only did I lose my 5th wheel because they were a no show they stole ***** Dollars from me on the deposit of my 5th wheel. Scum bags to the fullest. Do not do service with them unless you want to get robbed
