    If you need a great quality signs, Tango signs is the way to go! They are quick at responding to any questions you may have . They were very helpful and reliable. I am very impressed with the sign they made for me. They met all my expectations.

    WARNING!!!I purchased two Lexan polycarbonate face panels for $1450, ************** was quick to return my emails and phone calls stating by email production was "currently running 3-4 weeks." She was quick to respond to my questions right up to the point when my credit card was charged on 4/5/2024.Now on 7/11/2024, I have had emails from a ******, a ********, and a ***** all making excuses for not getting back to me for anywhere from weeks to an entire month and apologizing for delays. I have been emailed excuses of: ****** being at a trade show and no one looking after her accounts; ****************** misspelled my email and wondered why I was not approving the proof; Their system strangely not prompting me for final approval; Now the latest ****** having an emergency and is out of the office. I have been promised several times over the last three months the panels would be ready in a few weeks but still nothing.I am now asking for a refund from Tango Signs. If not granted I will ask my credit card company for a chargeback. I will also follow any legal routes open. Finally, I will use all avenues of social media to hopefully get the warning out to other unsuspecting customers. All of the correspondence has been by email as proof of their unscrupulous means.Not only did I lose $1450, but I am back to square one shopping for a company to manufacture two sign panel faces.

    We'd like to take the opportunity to clarify that this client did NOT "lose $1450". In fact, their sign order was in production when this comment was left, and was delivered to them shortly after (with signature). The product this client ordered required hand-forming and specialized equipment, a more labor intensive process than standard products. We did experience challenges that delayed his project beyond the time frame we'd originally anticipated by 3-4 weeks. However, this was due to circumstances beyond our control. We stayed in contact with him, exchanging 47 email messages, updating him on the progress of his project. Our team did our best to satisfy this client, as we do for all our clients, and we wish him the best.

    I started my order in January. I was told the original rep was out for personal reasons. Now the second person has dropped the ball for the remainder of my four month wait. They will not offer information about the product, date of arrival, anything, unless you hound them for it. Ive been lied to, brushed off and generally forgotten since they took my money. I cannot recommend them and will not ever do business with them again. This is frustrating. What a juvenile way to conduct business. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them for your sign needs.

However, we'd like to correct a few points here: Your order was received mid-February, not in January. We provided a lot of communication during your project, exchanging over 30 emails in addition to phone calls. Your custom sign faces had to be hand-formed which is a process that takes additional time. Your sign was shipped, tracking & receiving instructions sent, before your review was left. It took some time for the carrier to transport and deliver your sign in part because your location is in a small town with limited runs, on the opposite coast. Your review was left after your sign shipped and before it could be delivered. We hope upon receiving your custom hand-formed sign, you were happy with your purchase and we wish you much luck in your business ventures.

    We needed a pan face sign with full-color graphics which was hard to find. Tango Signs made an amazing logo that we love! They also provided exactly what we needed for our pan face sign. We had a wonderful experience!

    Placed an order December 1st of 2021, it is now 107 days later and still no update on this order. I can't get a phone call back, and email back, or a response from Facebook. Completely unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. No reply from our emails or phone calls for weeks. Someone should look into this company. Avoid at all costs. If they don't want bad reviews, maybe they should get back to their customers who have dropped $$$$.

    I stand by my review. Refund or not they hurt my business by promising the wrong dates and not delivering as well as TERRIBLE communication. I couldn't get a response for weeks by phone email or social media. They hurt my business and I lost time, money, and customers because of it, end of story. The most communication I've got from them is Keith trying to get me to remove the bad comment. Saying they've been in business for 15 years - it's surprising because you can look at all of the other reviews on BBB, Facebook, google and see for yourself. I'm sure they're all getting badgered to remove their reviews. Here's a solution, if you don't want bad reviews, do better.
