Calderon Carports & Metal Buildings is a reputable company to work with. The entire process of design, construction, *********************** was carried out in a smooth and timely manner. The crew was efficient, detail oriented and did a thorough clean up upon completion of the job. We are 100% satisfied with our 20 x 24 carport and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a metal carport.

Turn key from the concrete to the building was amazing. I never imagined how easy, quick and the quality work the was provided. I was thoroughly impressed from the office to the construction site. From the time the building was ordered to completion was less than 3 weeks. I highly recommend!!

Le llamé a ellos para que me dieran un estimado para construir un edificio de metal de 26x24 pies con dos cortinas de 10x10 y una puerta normal, me explicaron el proceso, el permiso de la ciudad, planos,ingeniero inspección y concreto etc,me quede muy satisfecho con las respuesta no hay precios oculto la señora Michelle lo noté muy honesta, lo recomiendo si tiene preguntas puedes llamar a ellos.

It was difficult settling on a price. A few add-ons or not wanted and I had has been taken off. Once the workers got to my place they did a great job I worked quickly and sufficiently

This company does not stand by its performance. We had a pad poured for one of his buildings. the crew showed up, it rained halfway through the floating process but they continued to pour the second truck. it was like water. we took video and saw it start to crack on the second day. called calderon to tell him about it. He came out to look and said keep on driving on it for 90 days. all the crew did that day was want to go fishing in our backyard while it settled. we said yes but they were more concerned with that than their work. we also noticed the perimeter of the slab was breaking apart underneath. called calderon numerous times receptionist said she told him every time, we also sent a video & pictures but no response. this went on for months. to this day we have not heard from him. we have no other recourse but to file this complaint because we have spent more money fixing his mistakes and feel he is responsible for reimbursement, along with the concrete company Black in Lexington that was paid by calderon. the concrete company does not answer their phone. we had 1/3 of the concrete removed & repoured by another company who was willing to come out and redo someone else's work. and another company who came out and drilled holes & pumped stuff in their to keep the rest of it from breaking apart. we were told there should have been footings & rebar when originally done, which wasn't. we were told the proper way to fix this problem would have been to take the whole building down and redo the slab with the proper 4000lbs per square inch mix, which he did not use. please use this review as a start to a legal action. thank you
