************************* Is listed on several of my insurance bills for multiple entities that I sought addiction help with. These businesses are Oasis Recovery 191 ************. Asheville, ** *****, Asheville Detox Center25 Chocthaw St, Asheville, ** *****. Both of these businesses seem to be coordinated through Health Care Alliance, *********************** *****************************, Asheville. ** *****. I understand that the board does not regulate insurance issues, but these businesses have had issues filing insurance. Asheville Detox still has not filled to my insurance. ******************* Director of Operations stated that the intake patient charge would be ******* and yet they billed my credit card *******. ***** told me that Asheville Detox was not in network with my insurance and that I would have to go to ********* Detox. Yet I was taken to Asheville Detox anyway. I was also told by *** that they were still in the process of getting Vetted by BCBS and that if BCBS did not cover it that ***** would eat the cost. Yet again I was charged ******* to my Credit Card which I did not give them permission to charge. I also was so heavily under the influence that I legally was not competent to enter into any contract. I have had no luck contacting Asheville Detox in order to file to my insurance. They keep giving me the run around, They have ******* of my money and will not talk to me and will not file to my insurance. I do have a letter for my insurance company stating it was approved. Other than Billing I have no other complaints against Asheville Detox.
