I called bucktom's for leaf removal services. On the phone, the owner had to pull his truck over to talk to me and provide me with pricing. He said that it costs $80 per employee per hour and a flat rate of 150 dollars for the vacuum truck. I agreed to those terms and scheduled the leaf removal service on December 7th. About a week later I was sent an invoice for the work provided. The invoice included extremely inflated labor costs (hours the workers worked on the site) and hidden fees that were never discussed with me over the phone. I was able to go back and forth with the owner via email. I had to submit ring videos of the workers confirming the hours worked. The owner eventually adjusted some labor hours to reflect the videos. The problem now is that there is a $120 dump fee and $80 of off-site labor that I was charged, but was not told prior to the work that these charges would exist. I offered to pay the on site labor charges and the $150 for the vacuum truck, but the owner refuses to remove the dump fee and off site labor.

We told the customer that our hourly fee is $80/man/hour. A one way travel time is normally included, we did not in this case to appease the customer. We hauled his leaves to the stump dump and dumped. We invoiced him $120 for a dump fee. We charged 1 man hour for the the men to go stump dump with the customers leaves. We can not haul his leaves off for free to him and an expense to us in the dump fee and man hours labor.

We take all our loads of leaves to Riverside Sump Dump (Mark 828-715-0481). I pay $100 to dump our leave truck. I charge the customer $120. All business upcharge for a product or service. Our truck when to the dumped and unloaded. I charged on $80(1/2 hour 2 men). There is nothing dishonest or unreasonable about this $200 charge. BBB please call Mark at Riverside Stump Dump to confirm. Tyler is misinformed and trying to present untruths to avoid paying his bills. We did a good job of cleaning up his yard full of leaves and his bill totaled only $750 for 5 men and two tucks.
