            In September 2021 I engaged **** cooper of Sentry Law to create an entity for a business to minimize taxes among other things.It took a while for him to get back to me after I paid him $3000.00. He finally got back to me after I contacted him again. It took over a month for him to send me the boiler plate docs. Because the state took so long to enter the entity and register it we were into February when it was finally a legal entity. I needed to speak to **** in order to set up the payroll based on the way he structured the business. It was a night mare trying to get him on the phone. He finally got back to me after I requested an appointment through his online portal. ( This is no longer available so I can not get hold of him,) Here it is August of 2022 and I still have not received the Articles of Incorporation after he promised me numerous times he would get ****** to send it or he would send me the tracking code when he sent it. That never happened. He also promised an online portal for tax information for his clients to research tax laws and issues. Never got that either.I am stuck now because I need the articles of incorporation to do certain things with the business and after leaving multiple messages and emails over the last several months, **** Cooper will not get back to **** see he is advertising another service now regarding using your children in your business to save taxes. I have received emails from him regarding this . STAY AWAY!!

            My mother, *************************, and I attended a luncheon in 2018 put on my **** **********************, in which he explained all the benefits of estate planning. We both opted to hire his firm to help us in this matter. When my mother explained to Mr. ********************** that she owned 1/12 of a building in ***************, **, but the other owners would not provide her with the proper documentation, Mr. ********************** agreed to get that information and include it in her estate papers. When she was called to come in and sign the paperwork and receive the estate paperwork that she paid in full for, she realized the building in MI was not included in her assets and asked that that be rectified before she sign and receive the papers. I have been calling and leaving messages with my mother's name and phone number and my name and number for the past 3 + years, but they will not respond. Mom has since sold the building, so the original papers they had prepared for her would be fine now, but she can't get them because they will not respond. The location on Hendersonville road is only open by appointment, and without them responding to my calls, we are unable to get this taken care of.
