Caveat Emptor..Buyer Beware. Although we had used the owner of this company for years for DME without incident the task of removing and installing a hydrotherapy unit is far beyond their scope and expertise. This is based on his securing the permit the morning work was to begin with a multitude of excuses as well as providing the permit agency false information about our child's diasbility status presumably to get the permit. Work took many days longer than promised, back and side panels did not match, related sheetrock was not professionally feathered out and a leak developed in the ceiling below the installation. The leak was caused by an improperly connected and installed handheld shower piece that i observed being connected by this company while he attempted to blame the manufacturer(who does not install but ships this disconnected), the plumber who was subcontracted (who does not install these) and finally us as the owners. At no point has this company taken any responsibility for the delays, poor craftsmanship and simply stated "its the best we can do". Integrity, workmanship, accountability and professional craftsmanship was not present. Because there is no way to hold them responsible becasue they deny any culpability and becasue we cannot prove "beyond a show of doubt" that they were responsible for the leak we have to fix it ourselves. All evidence points to the installer but caveat emptor. The company did take responsibility for having a cosmetic repair person come into the house to fix several areas where they allowed caustic fluids to discolor one of the vanity and sink in room in which they were working because of their carelessness.
