    Had a barn financed through ******************* ***** been making payments on it since 2020. We pay on the first every month and our payment dont go thru as they say but we have all our confirmation numbers then they call eastside storage sales for repossession so i have paid these folks every time they have had to come out. My last conversation with the barn folks we are down to our last payment. Now repossession eastside storage sales come repo the barn. We ask how much 700 call later 700 turns to ****. Already furious because i dont have money to keep giving folks especially when im paying on time consistently. So now im not paying **** and i have a payment left barn payment aint but 136 dollars his repo fee 200 to 250 where is 700 and **** coming from. I just want my stuff. Call he says can you pick up by Thursday me i will try its hard for me to get stuff i need a uhaul i dont have a truck. I cant make it i call back later hey im still coming i havent found a truck yet. Call monday let know the same. Today Tuesday i show up to start picking my stuff up owner sitting there eating a burrito i say hey my name address im here to get my stuff out of the barn him smiling oh you late i threw it all out. Me i talked to you on the phone him i talked to you Thursday me yea and i talked to you after and you said ok him you talked to *****. Me i leave then i go back in to see which landfill my stuff in him he took it to a landfill miles away and here in ************** you cant take anything to craven county if you are not from there. So there is money lost on payments and my stuff that was in that barn. If i cannot seek anything here i will take it upon myself to seek legal action going forward i will spend money on that on both eastside and carolina ***** management group.

    Sorry, but Eastside Storage Sales "did not" repo this building or have anything to do with getting it repoed. It was brought to my lot to sell for ************************** if the owners couldn't come up with the required monies. I was informed that payment wasn't received by the cut off time and I should resell it for them. I received a call from someone asking how long they had to come get their stuff. I asked them how long they needed and was told till Thursday, Oct 5. I Okayed that. Didn't hear anymore so on Monday I had to clean it out so it could be delivered, as it was sold. I would have appreciated if they would have kept their word and got the stuff out as it was very nasty and full of fleas. I got extremely bit up doing their work, plus had a Dumping fee at the land fill.

    I am rejecting this response because: I called and talked to someone other than the person who wrote that response they told me i was ok to come the following week. I get there Tuesday he told me he emptied it out Monday and i talked to *****. ***** didnt give him none of my messages. The barn itself was storage then when we asked how much we had to pay prices went up from 4 to 700 to ****. We have all of our receipts on file. If need be from payments from carolina ***** management group too. My only issue with this company EastSide Storage is throwing away my stuff without workers relaying messages from me.

    Carolina ***** gives customers 10 days to do something about a repo or their belongings. I went on and beyond this trying to help out. We have no record of any calls after Oct. 2. ***** didn't receive a call. It wasn't ********'s building either. My suggestion is to contact ************** for help in this situation, as I was forced to clean it out. Sorry I can't be of more help in this situation.
