********* ***** was fantastic. She took control right away and got things done . We were one of the first to get our house repaired. She kept me updated and worked well with the other contractor. Always got back to me right away.

My experience with Southern Quality Company was like the many reviews Id read about them. Competent, friendly, positive employees in all departments that walk you through every detail of your project, answering all your questions and reminding you of HOA requirements. They make the process so easyeven perfect. But what happens when a problem appears? In my case, the shiny new gutters leaked between the gutter and the fascia. . . .and a big storm was approaching. I frantically contacted the owner. He calmly listened to my concerns and patiently reassured me that Id get through this well. To my surprise a crew arrived that afternoon! They reset the gutters and when the torrential rain came the next day, I saw no sign of water in wrong places. Southern Quality Company is on my favorites list of home repair and maintenance companies. I will continue to use them in the future.Southern Quality Company Response

My house suffered wind and hail storm damaged that blew off many shingles leaving wholes in the roof. After getting many estimates from roofers, Southern Quality was the only company that offered me complete service and support navigating the complexities of filing a claim and seeing it thru completion, even though the insurance company initially denied the claim twice. Feeling specially grateful with *********, for her knowledge and kindness on that area. From beginning to end, the entire crew was very professional, true southern quality workmanship with attention to detail. I am very happy with the work they did. I would absolutely hire them again and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.Southern Quality Company Response

Southern Quality most impressed me by their thorough evaluation of our roof and detailed professional proposal for replacement (compared to two other bids). All contacts were friendly knowledgeable and responsive. They offered a better warranty, higher grade product, and all their roofers were trained by Certainteed. We contracted with Southern Quality to do a replacement of our roof and gutters, and are 100% satisfied. The job itself was done very well, and looks great.But what really impressed me with the company was the attention to customer service. Given the size of the job, I had quite a few questions and **** (owner) took all the time I needed to go over them. He answered a lot via email, but I wanted to meet in person to go over some final questions that I had prior to signing the contract. He was happy to do so and addressed all my queries very professionally, answering them all to my satisfaction. I never felt rushed in my decision making.**** also showed his years of experience with his initial inspection of our roof of the 3 companies we got bids from, he spent the most time doing the inspection, and gave us the most information as to what his estimate of the current roofs condition was.The company also worked very easily with our HOAs requirements.And, as a tech person, I appreciated the option to electronically sign the contracts and pay via ACH.The company definitely stands behind their work, and is available after the job is done for any issues. I would definitely utilize Southern Quality again and recommend them 100%.Southern Quality Company Response

The whole Southern Quality team was fantastic! The quote process was ************** and they were able to schedule the work on a short timeline. The crew that came onsite to do the work were all respectful, professional and efficient. My home looks so great with a beautiful new metal roof, and I feel so much better knowing my roof is safe and solid.
