My car went in to be serviced and, they left the oil ring loose. The car lost all its oil and locked up. Okay, they say they are not fixing it. The car is to old 2017 Kia Forte according to them. Don't ever go to Burlington KiaReview from Joe R

I have not purchased a vehicle from them but wanted to make known to people that the MSRP listed on their website is incorrect and misleading. I've personally checked multiple cars MSRP using the official kia website and none of them are listed accurately on Burlington Kia's website ex: New 2023 Kia Sportage LX FWD Burlington kia claims MSRP of $32,785 Actual MSRP from window sticker $ 27,790 including freight costs the claimed discount of ~$5,000 is misleading. Making consumers think they are getting a good deal when in fact they are just paying the regular MSRP is dirty and tells allot about their business. I personally would not do business with them.Review from Kimberly B

We had to wait nearly a month after we were told that the vehicle we wanted would be available. That's fine, but they kept telling us "next week" and stringing us along. We were literally about to go to Battleground Kia when they finally called to say it arrived. During the paperwork we asked them to transfer plates from our trade-in. They put the old plate onto the new car and we proceeded to drive 3000 miles only to return from vacation to a notice from the DMV that our plates were going to be revoked. It turns out they never filed the paperwork to transfer the plate. Instead they did paperwork for a new plate which means we did 3000 miles on a plate registered to a different vehicle. We called to find out what happened and they said our new plate was ready for pick up. So now, in order to avoid fines from the DMV we have to make a trip to the DMV to drop off the old plate. What's the point in paying all the exorbitant dealer fees if I still have to do the work for them. This is basic stuff that is being overcharged for in the first place and they still screwed it up.
