On July 16, 2023, I spent $2.00 to vacuum my car. The hose had no suction; therefore, I was not able to clean my car. I was not to get a credit nor refund despite calling the contact number and the contact e-mail.

On June 15 at 12:34 p.m. I put $15 cash into the automated car wash machine at Supreme Car Wash on hwy 70 near my home and when I selected the wash, suddenly it went back to the main screen and ate my cash! I called their phone number six times right then, which goes to a fax machine or just rings. I knocked on the numbered door, I went next door to the gas station. I want my cash back . I'm on their cameras, and I know the owner sees this. Not having a phone number to call is wrong. Why is this company allowed to just steal from people and have no way to contact the business owner? This is actually about the fifth time this has happened, so finally I felt it's time to complain. What if there's an emergency and no one can contact the owner? A flood for example from their business. This is unacceptable.

On the evening of Thursday, February 9, 2023 I visited the business referenced above for a car wash. Before I get into the complaint itself, I'd like to give a description of the business.  It is a carwash service consisting of 6 bays, one being an automatic and the other 5, handwashing. The first handwashing bay I went to had an 'out of order' sign placed on the machine, forcing me to go to a second. Going into the carwash I had $80.00 on my debit card, a relatively small sum but I have a habit of only keeping a limited amount on the card as this is the card I use for online purchases.  When I swiped my card I was given 5 minutes.  If a customer doesn't finish up in 5 minutes, they will have to re-swipe their card to get another 5 minutes and should they not finish the second time around, they will have to swipe a third time and keep swiping until they are finished with their car.  Initially, I had to rinse my car down, wash it and rinse the soap off to complete the whole process.  I swiped my card 3 times, oblivious to what I was being charged.....after all, I figured I had enough on my card to cover whatever charges there might be.  After the third swipe I found that I would need another 5 minutes and so I swiped a fourth time, only to discover that my card was declined. I was baffled.  What is going on here, I thought.  I took my smartphone out and logged into my online banking account only to discover that each time I swiped on this machine I was billed an incredible TWENTY DOLLARS !!!
