I sent a few messages but have not heard back. I ordered on Jan 22, got the book on Jan 28, then the **** paid for that and then Feb 5 I'm getting charged almost $29 for Livingood Daily Lifestyle which I don't even know what that is. I can't find any info except I paid $1 for a monthly trial. It wasn't even a week and I got charged again. I am hoping someone can address that. I've also left a ******** message and when asked for help, I got directed to the same place. I was very interested in learning so much, but now I feel like maybe not being told anything. I ordered a "free" book from Livingood Daily (which goes by other names). I agreed to pay a shipping charge for the book so Livingood got my credit card number. They started charging my credit card $27 per month for a subscription that I knew nothing about and do not want. I have repeatedly tried to cancel but they refuse to do so. This a scam. It was not free. I don't want their subscription.Business response

I ordered a book from Dr. ******************** and his website Livingood Daily.While ordering the book several add on's popped up to add to the order. I was able to get through all of those without adding anything.After ordering the book he offered a free two week free membership trial promising you could cancel at anytime before the two weeks was up.Three days before my trail was over I tried to cancel. I followed exactly what was told to do to cancel. I could not find the tab I was instructed to access to hit the cancel the trial. It did not exist!!I tried to open the chat to cancel but nothing loaded. So I sent them an email explaining that I was unable to access the cancel trial membership. I gave them my info and asked if they could please cancel the trial.I did not receive a reply and I got a notification from my bank today 1/31/25 that a charge from "Livingood Daily" for $27 for a monthly membership. I would like help with canceling the membership and a refund of the $27 that I tried everything to avoid!!Business response

I originally ordered the free book which also signs you up for the Livingood Daily Lifestyle Monthly Trial for $9.05. I canceled the trial subscription after much conversation and another charge to my account. I never received the refund for the second charge. Today I am being billed for the Livingood Daily Lifestyle Monthly Subscription for $29.70. I did not request this and want nothing more to do with this company. I want my money refunded and never see this again.Business response

I signed up for a free book in November. I received the book and was expecting a charge for shipping. They've removed $27.00 per month x 3 months. I've attempted to call, they only give a website to go to. When trying to contact them by email, it won't go through. Finally a chat bot stated they could help. But there's a $50.00 one time fee to cancel. Wanted me to give them my card number, before they will cancel. I can block from my debit card, but it means replacement if my card.Business response

I purchased a "free book" on FB authorizing a payment of $7.95. I kept saying NO THANKS to additional sales but then my ****** account got charged and additional $151. I sent an email immediately but the ****** had already been processed. Not sure where to go from here. I do not want the additional "bundle" and would like my money refunded... In August 2024, I ordered the Living Good Daily Book to read to help with my diabetes health. I also signed up for the Living good daily plan. I have been trying to cancel this subscription since but have had no success. I have tried calling, live chats, and logging into the website to cancel and yet I am still being charged for the subscription and no one answers my calls. Ive even tried calling the number on my credit card invoice and no one answers either. so far, I have been charged 10/1/24 $27, 10/16/24 $27, 11/16/24 $27Business response

On or about October 20, 2024 I purchased what I thought was a free book called The 21 Day Guide to Experience Real Health. Only had to pay for shipping (9.97), it turned out that it enrolled you into membership I didn't ask for or want. My CC was charged *****. I never realized I was signing up for a membership. I want my credit card removed.I reached out to customer service 3x only for my call to be dropped. The company is extremely misleading. They need to advise the public what they are actually purchasing. They also need to allow people to remove their credit card once they cancel the membership that they didn't realize they were signing up for. Please help me remove my credit card. I don't want any additional charges.Business response
