Red rock management company is the worst. We are on day 2 of them not shoveling or salting my buildings stairs and sidewalks. My 13 year old dog just slipped and fell down 16 steps. You cant contact them on the weekends unless you want to pay an emergency after hours fee. They also claim to have 24/7 support but again you have to pay an emergency after hours fee if you talk to an actual person. The sun does not melt our stairs and sidewalks cause where the building is positioned. Worst management company ever!!!Review from April H

Rip off fees that I dont owe. No transparency, no customer service, cant receive an answer from the company. Had a horrible experience with a woman named *****. Went through ****, emailed ****. This is the worst HOA Harpers green has ever had! Judging on complaints, it looks like Im not the only one. If I could give 0 stars I would.Review from Phebe H

******** is a very unprofessional company. Do not trust them with your HOA business. Make sure you read your fine print on your contract. This company will shield themself from any liability that their have trained team causes. They have limited knowledge, and are a joke of a management team. Notice how they don't list their management members like other well-known companies do, because they have none. The few people they employ work for home while they do other jobs on the side not dedicating the proper amount of time to your community. Beware, they hook you with all these promises and low prices then they fall short very quickly while increasing their rate saying they're working so hard for you. What a joke !!!Review from John E

I have tried to work with Red Rock to resolve several issues in our neighborhood from broken playground equipment to common area landscaping. It has been over two months since the work orders have been filed with no progress. Our community manager refuses to return calls but will occasionally respond to emails with no meaningful updates. They have become a company in the past year that will take payment but not provide required services.Review from Mark D

Homebuyers beware! **************** took the words out of my mouth. This company will raise the rates every year simply b/c they can. And the community has nothing to show for the increases. Your community needs to have a legit cpa living in it to keep the books. This company will notoriously skim the top. ie over $3k to manage a 54 house community and we see a $700 postage/delivery charge?And evidently there is no way to fire RR. The only way to fire them is to sell your house and move, which is exactly what we will be doing as soon as the market adjusts. Good luck with this company.Holland SpringsReview from Teen

Hello Ive left several messages for RR and received nothing in return. Our community Meadow hill looks like a big dumpster. No one has cleaned up leaves, trash etc. We pay dues to only learn no one is doing anything for our neighborhood. Please feel free to drive by and see for yourself. If any legal action can be taken please let us paying citizens know.Review from Shawanna M

I have been going back and forward with this company and this is ridiculous. I received a notice about a missing shutter. I reached out to the *** and informed them that I was in the process of getting the violation taking care of and the women on the other end informed me that I would not be penalized because I gave them the month that a company that I hired to come fix the issue had given me. The women said that I was okay as long the violation is fixed by that time. She never said that would have to pay any penalties or would be penalized. These people do not give you enough time to fix the problem. I had to wait until due to the company that I trust, and use was available to do the service for me because they were backed up with other repairs for up to two months. I hate this company and pray to God that they close down! They only want free money for just to tell you what you already know about your house. A waste of time and money. Zero starsReview from Joe S

I have worked with many HOA Companies. They have one of the hardest jobs out there. Red Rock HOA Management is one of the most professional and easy to deal with. They have always been responsive and transparent.
