    I would try another oil change company that takes care of their customers. Went in for an oil ********************** and they tightened my pan nut to tight, no worries. Went to go get a new oil change and it was so tight the treads got stripped, again no worries. After providing documentation they not only denied my claim but also told me it was the other companies fault even though the customer service representative I spoke with completely understood and was upfront about how the claim would go. Will never go to take 5 again after this. Never once asked for anything unreasonable just wanted my pan fixed and the oil that Im paying out of pocket for to be reimbursed.

    I wanted to take moment from my very busy schedule to give Kudos to your team at Take 5 #***. My wife went into the location about a month ago and had a great experience. She raved about their kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. Based on that information I took my work truck there to get an oil change on Saturday February 1st. They were quite busy when we stopped. DJ and Daimian handled the stress of it perfectly! They communicated very well the wait time and worked efficiently and quickly to get us all through. When it was my turn they still took the time to make sure I got the correct products for my vehicle. I have run sales teams most of my life and they executed their upsell in the exact manner that I would train them if it was my team. Kudos to the team and big kudos to the franchisor or Regional that is in charge of that location. Thank you! I will be telling all my peers that Take 5 is the place to go for our oil change needs. ****

    The service I receive every time I visit the *********, ** location is outstanding. Every employee is polite and takes the time to explain each step of the process. Ive been to other places where I felt like I was bothering the staff, but not here. You can tell they enjoy their jobs, and their enthusiasm reflects in their work. As an HR manager, I seek to hire employees like these, but its rare to find such dedication.

    Take 5 Luling is the kind of place where you want to get your vehicle. ****** the manager is very professional, friendly, courteous, and always has a smile on his face. The moment you drive up you are welcomed with a bottle of water. They get you in there and out super fast. I won't bring my vehicle anywhere else.

    Take5 oil change installed the wrong oil filter in my vehicle, caused multiple staggering issues for my vehicle including engine shut down & fault codes that required me to have a mechanic diagnose that it was just the incorrect oil filter installed. I have been waiting for reimbursement for my oil change and the parts, tools and service this cost me; not to mention the inconvenience of not having a vehicle for a time period waiting for a mechanic to diagnose the issue. Still have not heard back from customer service representative after my original call complaint filed now going on 10 business days- customer service representative said it would only take 4-7 business days to receive a response. I have a claim # so hopefully I will see compensation for my inconvenience.

    Its better to change oil yourself. First time I took my wifes vehicle for first free oil change through car mart and it seemed like no one knew how to actually change oil then there is one guy trying to find something to make you spend money on so he probes the car like he would purposely break something if he had to only to find a $30 air filter and every since we went theres been a oil leak. The other instance and more recent is I took my **** explorer to do the same free oil change on the other take 5 on central thinking it may be better and same result they kept pumping antifreeze in the reservoir scavenged for a cabin filter which cost $50 which I didnt tell him to ****** out. The biggest deal is now I have too much oil in my vehicle and when I get it home to check oil myself its still black and my oil light cones on low pressure if I could get my money bck my time bck I would but I just wont them to know they can do better men step it up take pride in your jobs dont half do it and make sure you ask the owner and explain what your doing I know thats your policy before you go pulling stuff out. Im not recommending this oil change business to anyone and it will have to get real bad before I even use them again Im afraid that the life of my car may be at risk!

    This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves! My elderly Mother went in to get a standard oil change for a 2009 ***** accord and was charged $97!!! I dont understand how anyone could completely and callously take advantage of someones grandmother!!! Its disgusting and greed motivated.

    This was the easiest most pleasant oil change that I have ever experienced. The employees were helpful with out being condescending, which was much appreciated. I was in and out unbelievably quickly. Very grateful for the great experience. I do not plan to ever have my oil changed any place else besides Take 5 Boone NC. ??
