Absolutely garbage company. I received a phone call on a Monday afternoon, and spoke with **** about a delivery time window for my washer machine the next day (Tuesday). I informed him I wouldn't be home then and we had a pleasant dialog about when I would be available and at what time. I told him I travel for work and wouldn't even land in my city until Wednesday at 12:30pm and would be home after 2pm. So he said, "OK great. Let's schedule it for 3pm or later to be safe." I agreed and that was that. The next day he calls me and leaves a voice-mail while I'm at work, describing that he has my delivery time window confirmed tomorrow (Wednesday) and to give a call back to know when it was. I thought it was unusual that he didn't just leave the time-frame in the vm. I called back and reception told me I was scheduled 7am-11am! What!? I told them no, it's supposed to be anytime after 3pm. They refused to rearrange their delivery schedule. So of course they show up the next morning at 7am. No one is home. ***! Now I've put 5 phone calls in for reschedule and no one calls back. ****, the dispatcher who schedules the deliveries, never calls back. No apology; no accountability. Now I receive an automated phone call describing that they'll be delivering my washer a whole week later....and, again, ON A DAY THAT I AM NOT HOME. I've called repeatedly to get a scheduled time in which im actually home, and all I'm ever told is that a note will be sent "RIGHT AWAY" to dispatch. Still dont currently have washer. Worst company ever. No one will take accountability for their errors.Review from James F

Worst customer service experience *** ever had. Still waiting for the refrigerator 5 weeks after purchase. Completely dysfunctional with no communication from them about delay after delay.Review from Lucas W

Bought a refrigerator from Lowes and this is the subcontractor they apparently used. The address was put in wrong for the delivery, and I have called them repeatedly from 8am until 12. No answers for almost 20 calls. Now when I call it goes directly to call failed, as if Ive been blocked. Ive spoken to someone three times all morning with a run around each time. Promised a call back, with no call for two hours. Absolute TRASH customer service.Riverstone Logistics, LLC Response

Riverstone Logistics cannot modify addresses within ****** operating system. Updating the address is required for deliveries/stops to be properly routed and delivered within ****** system. Please reach out to ****** directly to have them update the address to prevent further issues.Review from La B

Worst company ever. They delivered our appliances that we ordered from Lowes, the delivery guys damaged our house and wired the stove incorrectly, the stove short circuited and almost burned down our house. Theyre completely ignoring us regarding our property claim, no one answers the phone or replies to email. They dont care. ***, the manager at Lowes is just as useless. Never order appliances from Lowes and never accept a delivery from Riverstone. Most awful customer service experience in my life. Talking to a lawyer.Riverstone Logistics, LLC Response

Worst delivery/install experience ever. I purchased an ** wash tower from Lowes and it was delivered on 1/6/24 but they couldnt complete the dryer install because I had an oval duct and they couldnt make it work with the round piece that came with the dryer. I did all the research and found an oval to round connector piece that was recommended by a local Lowes store. The delivery team came back out to install the dryer and even with my provided connector piece they still messed up the install. They didnt follow directions that were provided to them in Spanish and instead did their own thing and in the process they dented and damaged the oval duct by bending it in with pliers, and putting the connector on the outside of it when it was supposed to go on the inside. After that they attached 1 clamp and expected the connection to hold and I knew it would eventually come apart and it did. I recently received a letter from a logistics company in ******* called Keen Global denying my claim, so they subcontracted out to another company. They denied doing damage and completing the install which are both lies. I provided Riverstone Logistics with proof from Lowes that the install was done and the pictures showing the poor install job and damages and the fact that theyre now denying everything even with proof is a joke. Theyre incompetent and should be put out of business. I will never buy any other appliance from Lowes as long as these people are their third party delivery team. They dont care about the customer or making it right and now I have to hire someone out of pocket to fix the mess they left which will cost me around $150 at the minimum but could cost a lot more if the whole wall plate and duct needs to be replaced. HVAC work is not cheap. They were provided with 2 quotes as requested, showing this but never made any attempt to settle with me. They are now ignoring my emails. I am contemplating taking them to small claims court also.Riverstone Logistics, LLC Response

Had property damage caused by this service. They settled via email but then I couldnt get ahold of them after they failed to send the settlement. Ghosted completely. Obviously the reason for a D rating but I would give them an F-Riverstone Logistics, LLC Response

I paid ***** to deliver a washer and dryer and apparently they contract with this company. It was such a joke. They did show up on time but refused to bring in the washer and dryer without a receipt even though it was paid in full, and confirmed delivery the day before. Then, after they left, I had another gentleman show up two hours later with another washer and dryer. Since our washer and dryer was already installed, I didnt pay attention to my phone which ultimately had several messages saying they were at *************** different times to drop off the washer and dryer and if I didnt answer the door, they were not coming back. I dont know if ***** drop the ball or this company but I cant get a hold of anyone at LOWES. I will never ever have anything delivered from Lowes. We bought a washer and dryer from Lowes. When the driver pulled in he parked the truck, and told his associate f}#k, I hope this truck doesnt slip. Then stayed well if it does its the residents fault. They also claimed they had no room for our removal until I told them they would be removing it. He then told me lucky me they did have room on the truck. After that the driver asked me for chalks for his truck to keep it from rolling. CDL trucks are required to keep chalks in the vehicle, according to the company dispatcher I spoke with. The driver then wanted to borrow out ***** to move the appliances. But the worst thing is that the driver came into our home armed with a pistol. I asked him what company policy was and he said there wasnt any policy, and if it bothered me to let him know next time and he would keep it in his truck. What bothered me is my 9 year old is no upset asking me why a person we didnt know came into our house armed with a pistol. *** tried talking to river stone llc, preferred delivery llc, and Lowes, and no one seems to care about the issues we had. Definitely will not shop at Lowes again and hope to never have to deal with this company again.Riverstone Logistics, LLC Response

Lowes Home Improvement subcontracted with Riverstone Logistics who subcontracted with ******** Logistics to deliver and install a stackable washer/dryer from Lowes. The washing machine was installed incorrectly and water damaged our entire wood floor. We came to find out after the flood that even though we had ordered two stainless steel replacement hoses for the washing machine, only one stainless steel hose was replaced. ******* from ******** Logistics hooked up an old hot water hose to the washing machine and then tossed the extra stainless steel hose in his truck so we wouldnt know that he hadnt installed both hoses.Upon running this through Lowes Executive customer service, ********************** and ******** Logistics ****************** he wrote us denying any claim for reimbursement for the damage We now have significant damage to our wood floor as it is discolored, veneer is lifting and cracking, and they are not taking responsibility.Riverstone Logistics, LLC Response

Upon being notified of this claim on 8/8, RLX took immediate action in resolving this claim with ******************** and Lacewill Logistics. RLX will continue to oversee the resolution to ensure the claim is resolved properly. This claim was filed with ******** Logistics insurance company on 8/8 for further review and coverage due to the extent of the alleged damage that occurred.Review from Gary W

If I could leave a 0, I would! This is the worst delivery service ANYONE could use. We purchased an appliance through lowes and wanted it delivered. We have had 3 no call and no shows, we have filed 2 corporate complaints. No follow up calls with that either. It has been a month with no calls, no NOTHING! This company should close its doors and never look back, because they are nothing but a JOKE. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.Riverstone Logistics, LLC Response
