I arrived 30 minutes early to appointment with Dr **** in *********** location. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, I was frustrated.Their policy is to charge $50 for no shows or late cancellations. I think patients need a policy to charge the doctor $50 when they are excessively late!!!Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates Response

Doctors are OK, but office staff and billing is terrible. Poor communication, don't pick up phones, or respond to voice mails. They have a fee in place if you cancel an appointment, but twice a doctor canceled on me the day of my visit of course without any compensation or even an apology. Also, they turned a small bill over to a collection agency after I paid it - twice - and their own system showed me with a $0 balance. Completely unacceptable level of customer service. Other similar providers out there - stay away.Review from Eric D

Poor communication from the office staff. They coded my insurance wrong so my insurance would not accept the visit. The office staff changes so no-one has a clue what's going on. Go to a different ******* ******************** has many to choose from.Review from Kevin A
