This was a miscommunication on our part. Our ********* plumber that services the ***** area typically travels to the area on Thursdays each week. He mentioned this to the customer and that the inspection would probably take place on Thursday, 6/29. Unfortunately, the schedule changed and the inspection was scheduled for Friday, 6/30 instead. On Friday, 6/30, *********** was back onsite, the inspection was completed and passed. This job in now complete.Review from Gregory K

My husband and I contacted Roby Services to have a **** maintenance contract started on our house to help keep the **** system running smoothly. The scheduling was a little slow, but it was done within a day or two (and it was practically for a 1-2 day window within the scheduling call). The email and text message reminders were very convenient!!*** came out for our ************** and looked everything over, which everything was in good order. He was courteous and informed us when he was on his way over to the house within a ***** minute window. I even noticed that he put boot covers on his shoes before he came into the house.Roby Services, Inc. Response

March 2023: Called Roby Electrical Services and requested *********************** to install 11 Gimbal spotlights, 1 recessed light for shower, and a whole house surge protector. Again, just like a year ******************** was very courteous and professional. He maintained a "be careful" policy and worked diligently to complete the project on time. The only difference this time is that he worked solo. Installing ceiling lights is easier with two people, but he assured me that this could be done by one person...it would just take awhile longer. I was amazed at the result of the work. Everything is perfect and we could not be more pleased with ****'s expertise, professional demeanor, and his respect to someone else's property. I highly recommend this young man for any electrical service that raised in your home or business. Great job, **** and thank you!!Roby Services, Inc. Response
