    I can't get a call back or reply from anyone in the ************************** I have spoken to people in other departments who are unable to help me and all they can say is, " This is a busy time of year." I have made many calls and wasted hours of waiting to be connected with someone. No one calls back, no contact. I am unable to get my insurance benefits started. I am in immediate need of them.

    I wish I could leave zero stars! I had several iSolved FSA payments get denied even though I submitted receipts to the portal. They limit how many receipts you can upload so I also sent emails with the ***** I have called customer "service" literally dozens of times since December and either wait on hold for 4+ hours with no response or wait hours and then hit 8 for a call back and they NEVER EVER call back! I am left with no other assumption than the fact that they want to steal my FSA money. I paid over $9K in out of pocket medical expenses and am burying them with the receipts and EOBs but they keep denying my claims. WTH??? I have had **** for as long as I have worked and have NEVER had this type of issue before. BBB or the attorney general or someone needs to shut this place down. This is more than shady, it's criminal. Do not work with this company!

    ***************! Will not answer or return phone calls and can't reach out for customer support on the website. Declined my card and can't get any kind of support, the automated system is a complete joke and a huge PITA. Will be canceling our *** just so I don't have to deal with this SCAM of a company. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

    I got laid off from my job mid Nov. It is now the end of January. I sent notice letting them know I do not want cobra but want to continue dental and vision. I STILL have not heard back and do not have my benefits! This is totally rediculous!! The deadline is January 29th. Today is January 27.

    I had BCB Shield of ******************. With the Insurance came a benefits FSA/HSA card from Isolved ***************** I have tried to contact them by the given phone number on the card. This number doesn't connect you to their company at all! After several attempts with a phone number found online, I got Nowhere! I then emailed them on January 6, 2025. I received an automated response with a case #. It took them until January ******* to reply. They blame it on peak enrollment times... Funny there peak enrollment times must be year around?!I Will *** Ever Agree to ****************** Again! This is an absurd way of doing business!

    ******** customer service! Takes weeks to get anything accomplished, your business is clearly not a priority. It's like pulling teeth to grt anything accomplished. Stay away! I highly regret going with Insperity who uses iSolved as their platform. Do your research guys. Don't make the same mistake we did. Go elsewhere.

    ****************. They "manage" the ***** payments for me, and put me through the wringer over the last ten days, as they refused to acknowledge that they had been paid the December premium in late November. I experienced some of the same things others have mentioned here, such as the inability to actually talk to anyone, calls disconnected after an hour, despite hitting the "3" key to stay on hold, etc... In the end, I worked with my bank to stop payment on the check I sent iSolved in November, and I used their Paymentus payment tool, at an increased cost to me, to make sure they received the money. I couldn't stand the very real possibility of them saying they had not received the second check sent by *****, and because the ***** period for December was over, having my health insurance be cancelled.I received a call from iSolved on 1/2, and the *** said he was calling to see if I needed any help resolving my issue. I told him that I had taken care of it myself, after his company did nothing for me, and if I hadn't, my insurance would have lapsed on 1/1, for non payment of the December premium. I was told that the issue with the initial check not being received was an issue caused by the post office, and that the iSolved address my back sent the check to, the address listed on the iSolved invoice, is actually a post office box for my bank! To say this is ludicrous and laughable doesn't say enough. Everyone was at fault except iSolved, despite the process I used working fine for all payments for the March through November premiums. Stay far, far away from these folks. They don't actually solve anything.

    We have been trying for multiple months to get our debit card for our *** account so we can utilize our funds. They have supposedly sent three cards now and we have not seen a single one. We will lose our account funds in two days because we do not have the money to go upfront appointments and expenses. What receipts we did turn in they denied reimbursement.

    Isolved has changed dramatically in the last two years. First of all, you cannot get through to talk to anyone. They do NOT answer the phone anymore. You'll wait on hold for an hour before it disconnects you. Message will say someone will call you back, but plan to wait an entire day if you get a call at all. Horrendous customer service if and when you get to speak with someone. Shameful overall. They hold your money - but make you wait to talk to someone, let alone receive it. Unacceptable!

    This is a horrible company. I had my 401(k) through them which was setup by an employer of mine. After leaving the company, I needed to rollover my funds to another account. After a literal WEEK of trying to do this, there is no way to get my money because THEIR website refuses to send the verification codes before timing out. They are no help. The only option they have given me is to let them keep my money and roll it into one of THEIR accounts. No. Give me my money. Their website is a nightmare. It does mot provide any information about my account that is needed. Their login process sometimes takes up to 36 hours to send a verification code. The warnings that pop up on their site are immediately closed so you do not have time to read them. I have tried on both a computer and mobile and the same issues persist. It seems to me like they intentionally put in place these faults to force you to leave your money with them. They should be investigated for criminal behaviors. Even talking with them on the phone is zero help.
