Spring green does not care about your lawn. They only care about their payment. I had their services for a year and my lawn was worse than before. They said they didn't schedule the lawn treatment because I was behind on my payments but they never called to remind me to pay. I asked them to cancel the service and they requested me to give them another chance and sent someone who just sprayed for weeds and told me I'm not doing a job with my lawn. After 2 weeks, I saw no result with the weeds so I cancelled and they sent me another bill and just called it spring visit and they sent it to a third party collection agency.Spring Green Lawn Care of Pineville Response

Hey *********, first I'm very sorry for the frustration you went through. Persistent weed problems are frustrating for everyone, but unfortunately part of what we have to deal with. One of the weeds you had a problem with is ****** grass, we had to kill it with round up which leaves bare areas, which allows for more weed breakthroughs until the ******* fills back in. Basically its a weed battle in the short term and does require patience, but the long-term plan would result in the lawn you are looking for. I would agree that getting invoices paid on time is very important to us. Its extremely difficult to operate this business without getting paid for services completed. Also the longer gap in between services when a balance is due usually results in even more weed issues. So when invoices don't get paid its a lose-lose situation. We typically email and mail statements pretty regularly for balances due and that system has worked well. We also send a text message reminder as well. I do apologize if there was a communication breakdown with that system in your case. If you every want to reconsider working with us again, I would be glad to meet with you on the lawn to go over the lawn care strategy, be on the same page with expectations, and can also set up Auto-pay for easy invoice payments. To begin, prices are great! Responsiveness is great, there is never any delay in making a return visit. Very informative about what they are doing, what they are using. Always an email before they service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDSpring Green Lawn Care of Pineville Response
