If I could choose 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. First the price of the vehicle was increased by $2000 in the time it took to drive from my work to the dealership. I was lied to multiple times and completely mislead regarding my financing options. I made every payment on time without issue. I decided to purchase the car and was told SE couldn't finance it. I got my own financing through my bank, sent in paperwork and all other requirements and made my first payment. The car was picked up by Southeast 3 days later. It was damaged in the towing and they actually expect me to pay for it. This left me without a vehicle the week before Christmas. DO NOT use this company. They are shady and I plan to sue for the trouble and predatory lending practices.

I am an ******************* member who purchased the vehicle in my wifes name. We both signed paperwork and I am the one paying for it, it comes from my account, my email and my phone number. They always answer my call in order to make a payment and even charged me twice last month (I did get a refund) yet they called ME today for information and asked where my wife was, I told her we are residing in separate states at the moment, the lady would not give me any information after that. Only her number and who she worked for. I explained everything and that I have all proper documentation submitted (basic orders and marriage cert) and she denied me. I asked her why it was that if I were to offer to make a payment that they have no issue taking my money even though its not in my wifes name and she redirected my questions every time. We are about to find another finance company.

I just called to make a payment on the phone number Ive used for years to pay on my Toyota Loan. They answer and had an "ad" that said to press 1 if I'm under 50 or 2 if I'm over 62. (already discriminating Seniors out for an advertising offer-a free offer they said)It did not give me an option to opt out or tell me to press 2 for a special offer. I couldn't pay my bill without having to listen to someone tell me about getting some safety necklace for Seniors. And I kept trying to interrupt and say I didn't want the offer and it just kept ******** this legal? Can a business single you out when paying a debt to make you listen to a sales pitch for something you don't want, don't need or probably get you to purchase something you don't want to. And don't want to listen to their message?Sounds very gimmicky to me and I am surprised Toyota would do such a thing on a phone number that is meant to pay your monthly bill. This really annoyed me.Very upsetting and I am a very loyal Toyota customer. Please make them stop this.
