On 12-24-23, I order A Actuator from Amazon & received part on 12-28-23 that was purchased from MC Supply **. Part received was wrong! So I returned to Amazon for credit and called Medical Center Supply & talk to ****** she agreed the part was wrong and advised me of part no. that she said was on Amazon BUT if needed help call back & she would sell me the part. So on there web site I order L. Actuator from them paid with my American Exp. in FULL $248.50 debit from MY account ASAP and inform me it was to ship that day Dec.29,2023 on Jan.2,2024 I received a call from them that they DIDN'T ship part BECAUSE Amazon reorded the SAME WRONG PART for ME again SO they took it upon there self NOT to Ship me any part. So my question to them was, IF I ORDER THE PART FROM YOU and YOU DEBIT my AMERICAN EXP> card WHY didn't you ship it on DEC 29,or 30 2023 to ME. Quote WE sale a LOT to Amazon ! So why did YOU DEBIT my American Exp. as of this date Debit is STILL not Showing on my A.Exp. ( reference we had heated words and this company WELL I can't say on your site what I think , But I will on there site , Amazon and so on. Thank you for your time I wish you a great year & for Medical Center Supply to Tank!

************************* was not happy with our service. He called us and when we tried to help get the situation resolved he was extremely unprofessional to our staff. His comments were offensive, Racially insensitive, and extremely rude. We have given him a full refund and can provide the recorded call with the verbal abusive language that he used toward our employees. We have an outstanding record of customer relations with the ******************** as well as any platform that we do business, but the abusive language toward our customers will not be tolerated. If you would like to review our recorded call and the interaction between ************************* and our employees we will be happy to provide for your review.
