    I hired PCI Painting to do exterior painting to my home on March 7, 2023. ********************************** presented a quote to do exterior painting for $3,233.22. I signed the contract and submitted the required deposit.Project started on March 21st, I provided the hose the painters to do power washing According to the contract terms and agreement that applied to the exterior painting project: Glossy surfaces and trim will be sanded and cleaned to assure proper paint adhesion.Scrape and sand rough areas due to previous paint failures Additional money added for the above services that were included in the initial contract agreement under painting preparation section /original price quote No one mon***red the painting crew to make sure the terms and agreements listed in the contract were followed Project debris left in my trash can Garage windows were not trimmed but charges were added *** the final invoice Charges for wood replacement but wood filler used instead Charged for wood filler applications and sanding fees were added to obtain smooth surface Also paid for power washing entire house with the cleaning solution but the garage was omitted Areas need resanded for smoothness/garage windows need to be trimmed and garage need to be power washed I shared my concerns with ******** however the concerns have not been resolved but he has received/paid $5,370.72 for an incomplete project.In closing, the exterior painting project is incomplete and ******** has not made any attempt to do trim/power wash the garage or resand trim areas/address the additional charges for painting prep services listed in the contract, the two year warranty is no longer valid. Billing adjustments need to be made for failure to adhere to contract agreement.

    Maam, these claims are false and invalid. I have addressed each and everyone of your concerns through email, over the phone, and in person. So unfortunately at this point, we will be reporting you for harassment. 
    We have been in business for 3 years, and we have held great reputation with this far.. I am not sure the intent of making false claims against our company and I raised this concern to the BBB..
