Tech put my company in a space where we have a dispute between landlord and tenant. Now Im stuck paying the owner back for their service that the tenant deserves to pay for. The techs story changed from me to the tenant. I'll never use them again or speak kindly on them. Always read the invoice before paying themReview from Skip A

Be careful of the con to charge by repair instead of an hourly rate. You may find yourself signing a legal document where you obligate yourself to pay in excess of $600/hour for simple plumbing repairs. Avoid this company.Review from Raymond G

I contacted Mr. ********************** to repair a leak under my house. It turned out that the Pressure Regulator needed to be replaced. Mr. ********************** quoted me a price of $644.57 including taxes. When I checked on the internet later that day, I saw that the average cost of this job is $280 - $376. The part costs $62 on Amazon and the total installation time was about one hour. I take responsibility for not getting other estimates but I did not expect Mr. ********************** to charge me nearly twice the average price. My suggestion before using Mr. ********************** is to get other estimates. I felt I was overcharged. The quality of the work is fine.

We are sorry that we did not meet your price expectations, our records show that you did authorize ************** to do the work before he starts the actual work, otherwise we would not proceed with doing the work and leave you unhappy customer. I can assure you that we strive to make our customers happy. If you get other estimates from other major plumbing companies, actually you will see that our price is lower than majority of them. The nationwide average is from contractors who charge the lowest to the ones who charge the highest, so an average price should not be a base for hiring decision.
