We purchased a home that New **** did the work on and were paid by the sellers. They even provided us a warranty to keep it free from leaking for 6 months. Once we moved in and had mold remediated in the house from the leak they had repaired, we realized there were still issues and called New Roof out per the warranty. They told us to call them back when it rained next. I called them back and sent an email, per the warranty paperwork and they said they would come out, but the next day, emailed me and said that they weren't going to make it out and asked me if I could check on the leak, which was a ridiculous request. We know there is still a leak because the insulation is falling through a hole in our ceiling and it is wet. We had paid for a re-inspection and New Roof said they stood behind their work and offered a warranty so we felt comfortable closing on the house. After these issues, we have had two other companies come out to give us quotes to get the work done and both have said that there were several items that would need to be ****** and the quotes range from $5,000-$8,000 for work that should already have been done. This is after the $5,000 in repairs that were already completed by New Roof.Review from Val B

This company exercises unethical business practices. Do NOT Pay or Sign Financing documentation until EVERYTHING is completed with total satisfaction and all documentation is in place. I repeatedly requested the Form W-9 and ******** (owner) agreed to provide it; however, he repeatedly acted as if he forgot but he claimed that he would; until he got paid. Then he refused.In addition, the shingles were lifting immediately after his company supposedly "completed the work" and he said that they would adhere to the decking in a few days or he would come back out to address the issue. As a result of his commitment to properly address the problem, I proceeded to sign the documentation for payment. Once paid, he would not return to address the repair. I made a complaint to the finance company; however, they would not withold payment because they receive a kickback. Everytime the Contractor gets paid, the finance company gets paid. Totally dishonest; BEWARE of New Roof!Review from April L

It was that time for a roof on our home and not just a repair but the whole roof, even the plywood under the shingles had to be done. ******** and his crew at New Roof were absolutely amazing, even down to the clean up! They were here before the sun came up to get started which says a lot. ******** explained everything we needed to know and even gave us a link to look at the process live. I would highly recommend New Roof to my family/ friends and anyone who asks.Review from Thomas D

New Roof installed a solar attic fan on my house. I watched the entire installation and ******** took great care in every step. I'm very glad I chose New roof for the installation. ******** did an excellent job and I highly recommend the company!Review from Thomas B

This company was fantastic to work with and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with roofing needs. They are not only extremely talented at what they do, but they respond quickly/promptly, and they are very honest and trustworthy. They are hard working and what I appreciated was they told me the pros/cons of potential options, and they were realistic with what could or could not be accomplished. I have reached out to a handful of other roofing companies and either none of them responded or were not able to help me. This is the company to go with and I cannot say enough good things about them!Review from Alex B

New Roof is the best roofing company I have ever worked with. I have called 3 companies, including new roof, for an estimate; and I wish I didn't waste my time with the other companies because New Roof was able to meet all my needs and were very professional. At the initial consultation they took the time to talk about my existing roof and walked me through the entire roof replacement process. The team is very knowledgeable and has a vast understanding of how the roofing system works. The roof installation process was seamless and I was kept in the loop the entire time, after the roof was installed they did a great job cleaning up and putting everything back into place. ******** with New Roof went above and beyond to not only clean out our gutters, but to also blow the leaves and sticks off the roof. We were genuinely impressed with how conscientious he was to make sure we were satisfied with his work before he left, and look forward to working with him again in the future.Review from Shirley L

Just wonderful people to work with. As professional as expected, and more willing to take care of you then imagined. Very cool inspection with pictures to show and explain exactly where the problem was and how they can fix it. Fixed it right away. They have a happy client. Definitely my number ******************* from now on.
