  product ordered (rain jackets) are oversized. order large and medium and both are oversized. I personally own large and medium and they fit just fine but jackets ordered from kwiksafety llc are oversized which I had to return and pay costs for shipping out of my pocket. asking for reinbursement for shipping costs of $18.31 products are oversized and not true to description. I asked kwiksafety to have management or quality control to research and verify that description and size are not as described. but they refused to do so.if jackets had been true to size I would have no need to return them nor need to pay additional costs out of pocket due to shipping .I spoke to mamagement and she stated if "I would have contacted them before I sent them back she could help"I then advised her I did do that in fact but then recanted and said nothing she could do

  Hope you are doing well and thank you for letting us know about this customer feedback.  Customer experience and product quality are out number one priority and we strive to always improve products and processes to enhance the customer experience.
  
  We understand that the customer believes our products are over sizes however, the listing for the item includes a detailed size chart for customers to reference before purchasing (see attached image). As per our policies we only provide pre-paid return labels for errors in shipment, i.e. customer ordered a medium but received a large, or if an item arrives damaged. We do not cover the cost of return shipping for orders where the customer changes their mind about a product or orders multiple sizes to find one that fits. We wish the customer the best of luck on his ************* equipment orders.

  Theyr products are over sized.   I sent pictures of Theyr small compared to large jacket I personally own.  A large is what I originally ordered.  Which I had to return as well as return the medium.   The pictures clearly show that Theyr products are oversized.  I asked that if kwik safety could have **************** look into this and they then selves will clearly see that what I am saying is true.  They can have quality assurance simply try these jackets and verify on Theyr own that they are clearly oversized.  My intentions were to order a large which is what I use.  All jackets I own are large or medium.  The small they sent me is clearly oversized a** well and because they are oversized , that is the reason I had to return the medium and large.  If they were not oversized then there would be no issue.  All they have to do is have management simply try these jackets on.
