    On February 19, 2022 at 12:27 pm i was charged a sum of $400 in return for credit repair services that was never received or rendered. I called the company after a few weeks to check on the status/progress after then being told that no progress was made i was alarmed and then asked for a full refund. I was told that a partial refund would be given but was never granted any funds rightfully owed to me. In return i want a FULL refund.

    this client complained to my credit card company which is CPA Charge but did not get a refund.  As the client stated she did request credit repair services, it was stated to her that each round takes 45 days because we have to write each letter, we don't use 1 letter or everyone, which would take 3 to 5 business days, then we mail it off to the creditors and the credit bureaus.  The credit bureaus will then contact each company and give them 30 days to respond, that is the reason we give the expectation of 45 days for each round.  We explain to our clients that credit repair does take time that is the reason the $400 is for 12 months of credit repair.  

     

    As the client stated after two weeks she was requesting a refund, this is not a process that you see results in a week.  She asked for a refund, I explained that the policy is no refund especially if she did not even give us a chance to do anything as well as we had begun the work.  She stated that someone else said they could help her do it herself and she didn't want us messing with her account anymore and she wanted a refund.  

     

    We were willing to work with the client as far as a partial credit for other services that we offer, but we would not give a refund because she changed her mind after we had begun the work.  I have employees who I have paid to work on her credit and send letters etc.  She changed passwords etc for her credit reports which did not allow us to access if anything changed, what we need to do next and so on.  Plus she stated she did not want us to work on her credit anymore so we stopped her process per her request after two weeks of her signing up with us.  On my website it stated no refunds for credit repair.  However as of January 2023 we no longer offer credit repair because our other services are growing so fast and no longer allows us to work with the tedious and time consuming credit repair, as I stated it does take time to see results and that is why we work with the client for a 12 months.

    I am rejecting this response because: ********* DID NOT provide NO TYPE of refund yes half refund was offered but at the time i refused half of $400 refund as i felt that its not legit to take $200 from my $400 payment for services that WAS NOT even half way rendered!! Nothing was deleted from credit report and also I requested a refund the same week of payment AND IT IS ILLEGAL to take payments up front for credit repair services which i am FULLY AWARE OF!! I just would like my money back as i am a single mother to 5 kids that works very hard and CLEARLY I was taken advantage of BBB please help or Im pushing for legal actions to be taken

    It has been over a year, and the window for offering a $200 partial refund has past; however, the client did not want it anyway. As far as charging against the law, we charge $400 for the paperwork to complete 12 months of credit repair; it clearly states no refund on the website, as you have seen in several of our conversations. Whether it had only been a few weeks. Our services to her had already begun. As you can see from her messages, we had to begin quickly, so once the services had begun, she paid for them.  As a result of the first round, one item was removed. It was an older item, so it did not change her credit score, but because of our dispute, it was removed.

    Again, this process takes time, which is why we work for 12 months on someone's case to ensure that they are satisfied with our services.  We are not a fraud company that promises a clean sweep in 30 days. We are a company that disputes unauthorized charges for our client as well as help the client work out arrangements with negative items that are truly the clients'.  There is nothing more that we can do for this client as you have seen with the previous messages, she requested that we stop working on her account as well as we no longer provide credit repair services.
