Heres a way to convey your message clearly and professionally:I ordered a ******* refrigerator on 12/16/24. Initially, the delivery was scheduled by RXO, but when they arrived, they claimed there was ice in our driveway. My husband explained it was just slush and offered to assist, but they refused to deliver and left. I wasnt able to reschedule the delivery until a couple of weeks later, or on a Friday, which was the only day my husband could be home.On 1/31, I received a text confirming an estimated delivery window from 1-5 PM. My husband waited at home all day, but we never received the promised 30-minute call or text. Instead, the tracking link suddenly showed customer not home or end of business. I contacted RXO and was told they would investigate and ensure delivery by the end of the day, but I never received a follow-up call. I also reported the issue to *******, who created a case number and said theyd look into it.The following Monday, I received another text stating delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday, February 4th. However, no one showed up that day. After reporting it to RXO, they apologized and said the delivery was now set for Thursday and that I should not have received the earlier **********, the delivery window was from noon to 4 PM, but once again, my fridge was not delivered. My husband saw a truck at the start of our driveway, so he put the dog away and went to go outside, but by the time he got there, the truck was gone. No one ever came to our door, knocked, or rang the doorbell. The tracking link again showed customer not home. Ive called ********************** multiple times, but there has been no resolution. I was again told that they would try to contact them and have the fridge delivered. No one could get a hold of the driver. *** also contacted ******* without success. Im now requesting a refund, and Im still waiting on further updates from RXO. This experience has been incredibly frustrating due to poor customer service.

Delivery arrived within time frame given. Drivers notified us 30 minutes in advance. Drivers/delivery men very courteous and helpful.
