X** helped me move my vehicle when other tow companies were giving me ridiculous estimate time of arrivals and costs. *** took the time to listen to my needs and got one of her tow truck drivers to come help me right away.

The towing company's name is (X ** *********************** tried charging me $3,000.00 for a boot they put on my truck. They only accept Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. When I called the police, they told me they couldn't do anything because it was a civil matter. On 09/27/2024, I found out that they do not have a contract with *******. I personally called *******'s general manager and was told they do not have a contract with X** ****************** They are extorting truck drivers. From reading all these comments, it looks like Mooresville PD has had several calls about this and has done nothing to stop the illegal activities that X** ***************** is conducting. On 09/28/2024, I spoke to a sergeant and explained the whole situation to him. He informed me that they have a contract on file and explained that ******* has not contacted them to let them know if the contract is real or not. So my question is: can anybody come into a police department and show you a piece of paper, and it only takes two minutes to make a simple phone call to verify if the contract is real or not? I will be pursuing legal action. Fox ****, ***, all my fellow truck drivers, I'm calling on all of you to stop criminals from extorting us truck drivers. Enough is enough.

To the claimant...our company is not a scam, we work with integrity and there is nothing that we do that is associated with a scam. The claimant parked on private property where there are signs posted that are clearly displayed. "NO PARKING/TOWING ENFORCED violation amounts are clearly on the posted signs. Apparently the claimant neglected to read the signs or just totally ignored them. As a result, his/her vehicle was towed or booted In cases such as these, claimants see no wrong doing on their behalf and immediately proceeds to slander the company and report to public sites such as BBB. The police obviously has the contract on file and the manager in charge requested our services as they do not want individuals parking on the property after hours and not patronizing the store. We are not going to jeopardize our company by performing criminal activity at the property. If there was criminal activities being done at the property and we weee not permitted to be there our signs would have been removed by the store.

We are deeply sorry that you feel this way; however your roadside assistance provider did not provide us with adequate information to locate your vehicle. We are not scammers and our company works with integrity. Even though the dispatch was sent to us inadequately we'd be happy to provide you with a free service whenever needed. We appreciate your review and proving your feedback!

To the claimant...our company is not a scam, we work with integrity and there is nothing that we do that is associated with a scam. This company is an utter scam. I doubt they paid ******** and the other truck drivers enough to cover their missed deliveries. How about the *** devices y'all broke and other parts you damaged? A simple "Oops, sorry!" Is not enough. This company should be shut down for their crimes of theft. They should be shut down for costing workers their money. Hard to find a ****** review for this company. Could it be they took it down because of the masses who know this company is shady and shouldn't be a open? Everything on the internet is permanent. I hope their children disown them when they find out that their family are bottom of the barrel people. Absolute vultures.

If a vehicle is parked illegally without permission and the signs are posted you will be booted and or towed as the signs are stated. No impound or repossession company will have good reviews; it's unfortunate that individuals neglect the signs that are posted and then when appropriate actions are taken bad reviews are given due to the alleged person's own negligence. The narrative of this post is evident that it's not about paying someone back or hard working individuals or about our families disowning or wondering why we are at the bottom of a barrel. If the neglect never occurred the alleged would have never had an encounter with XXX Trucking and Towing Recovery. Furthermore there is no form of scam going on with this establishment. We work with integrity to provide legitimate services to our clients and partners.

received a phone call stating our truck had been booted for illegal parking. Called to verify location, fee's etc ... after agreeing to pay fee for boot removal we had waited a couple minutes (luckily) got ahold of the driver he was minutes away from the truck. He called back and said there was NO BOOT OF ANY SORT on the tractor or trailer. No signs posted. Nothing of the such. So, we move our truck -- like anyone would. Get a call from x** threating me that if they see our truck 'anywhere on one of his 380 properties, he's tow it' said he removed the boot in good faith that we would pay. I've never dealt with a tow company that removes any boot prior to payment. Just saying.

This claimant is very disgruntle because they were asked to pay a fee due to their negligence of not parking on private property. There are signs posted at every entrance of the property described in this complaint showing "Towing enforced no parking". My client does not want any parking on the property after business hours. This claimant was not patronizing the private property. This claimant neglected to take heed to the signs of parking is prohibited at this location. Therefore when it was time to face the consequences they decided to put a claim out on the BBB and note a poor review. Our company works with integrity and provide a service for all of our clients. We are not at fault because this claimant decided to be negligent to the no parking enforcement at this location.

X** Towing make be justified in booting a vehicle in a lot they are contracted to serve. But what's not good is the outrage fees their charging. How can justify charging $1500 for a boot? It takes less than 3mins to put it on a the same to take it off. And furthermore I was able to talk them down to $250 to remove the boot placed on my truck, which let me know they are scammers. Out to hurt the next man business when it's already hard out here on us small trucking companies. I told the guy I don't have that type of money and I'm already struggling close to bankruptcy. Lucky for me he had heart. He ask me what I had I pulled out all the money in my pocket ($253), he took that and took the boot off. He also told me I could stay there untill morning...

Parked at a ******* Supercenter (Bobtailed-no trailor) woke up at about 1am by two men. They Told me "I'm parked illegally, and also said sign was at entrance for no truck parking". I didn't see the sign but, No problem, I'm thinking they were just going to ask me to move simply because I bobtailed [equivalent to taking up 1 parking spot-no trailor]. These guys already had a boot on my truck and told me I had 45min to come up with $1500 or call the company to pay. Also said "tow truck is on it's way and price will "increase " if he connects to it. Don't bother calling the cops like I did, guys already had 2 on the scene before I could finish explaining the situation to dispatch on the phone... because I felt like I was clearly getting scammed at that moment. Im trying to now explain the situation to the cop who approached me and he said "they come out here every night"!?! Does this sound like a professional tow truck company with morals and integrity??nah I didn't think so either!! but everybody gotta make a living somehow. I believe they just ride out after a certain time and look for victim's because ******* was clearly closed and they are not calling on anyone bobtailing. Also while I was out there they had the tow truck connected to a BOX TRUCK... yes a box truck...woke the guy up with a nice bill of course. Amazing how truckers are treated, I might lose my job!

There are clearly signs posted at each entrance of the property. Every individual that comes into this parking lot ignores the signs, then when they are parking and not patronizing the store they say horrible things about the towing company because they get booted as a result of their negligence. The guys are only doing their jobs and the police explained this accordingly. So according to what this claimant is stating I guess the police are wrong too???? Its everyones fault except the claimant that they were booted for not taking heed to the No parking signs. These allegations are incorrect and these guys were only doing their job!
