I had entered into a 5 year contract with McCall Brothers for pump and grinder sewer service. Accounting and service department could not get the account straight and missed service calls. They did not complete all services needed. no one is ever available to answer the phone and respond. Tried repeatedly to have them honor their agreement would would receive no answer to requests. I am up for renewal and no one will honor original agreement first.

Mr. ****** grinder pump was installed in December of *********************** Jan 2016.  Mr. ****** first agreement was signed in September of 2017 and was for inspections invoiced yearly which would have amounted to a total of $1,334.40.  McCall Brothers completed 3 inspections in 2018, 2 in 2019 and one in 2020, for the missed inspections (one in 2019 and two in 2020) we did not charge ************** anything for 2021 or 2022 which was the end of the contract with McCall Brothers as of September 2022.  An invoice to ************* back in September of 2021 was even voided by us in response to a conversation between ************** and one of our service managers for missed inspections and no additional invoices have went out to ************** nor does ************* currently owe McCall Brothers for any work. ************** has had communications by phone and email with a number of employees at McCall Brothers.  A new contract was sent to ************** in December of 2022 but as of the writing of this ************** has not returned it to us.  The City of Monroe requires that each home owner maintain a service agreement for their sewer grinder pump and since ************** does not have one with us, he may be in jeopardy of a lien on his house by The City of ******, which may be provoking this complaint.
In summary,************** was only invoiced for $800.64 instead of $1,334.40 to compensate for the overlooked inspections.  ************** has no claim to a manufactured amount of $1,500.00.  ************** has not signed a service agreement with McCall Brothers to retain our services past September of 2022.  McCall Brothers *** wishes for Mr. ****** unsubstantiated claims to be removed and if ************** wishes to move forward with securing our services he needs to return the service agreement as soon as possible.
