  J. Douglas Tree Service, LLC agreed to provide specific tree clearing, trimming and removal services. J. Douglas Tree Service, LLC was paid $7,500.00 in full but the agreed upon services were not fully completed. There was a conversation on the day the big equipment left the job site, several phone calls and text messages in the months to follow with ****************** Douglas of J. Douglas Tree Service, LLC about returning to complete the trimming of two trees and removal of 1 tree that was not completed at that time. Several reasons were given why they had to leave at that time, how they would return, why they couldn't return yet because of equipment issues, etc...This continued for months and J. Douglas Tree Service, LLC has still not completed the agreed upon work. ****************** Douglas is in the business of tree clearing, trimming, removal. The specific needs were communicated and agreed upon between ****************** Douglas and ***********************. $7,500 was paid in full for *************************** completion of his side of the contract. ****************** Douglas contends that J. Douglas Tree Service contracted for 48 hours of work and that was what J. Douglas Tree Service, LLC was paid for and completed. J. Douglas Tree Service, LLC was contracted to do specified clearing, trimming and tree removal. *********************** is NOT in the industry and did not contract for 48 hours of work. *********************** contracted for the specified items to be completed for the contract price of $7,500.00. The 48 hours was ****************** Douglas' estimate of what the specified items would take but he is the "expert" in this situation. The contract was for the specified tree clearing, trimming and removal. J. Douglas Tree Service, LLC left after 48 hours but continued to state they would return to complete the trimming of two trees and removal of one tree(*********************** has recordings and text messages to corroborate). However, J. Douglas Tree Service, LLC has not returned to complete the specified items.

  We agreed with so many hours of work. We done the hours agreed on . They kept wanting more work done for free. I agree to give them $1400 check and will not do any more future work for these customers.

  On 11/13/2023 I agreed to the resolution offered by Douglas Tree Service but I have not received the $1,400 check from Douglas Tree Service per the offer for resolution.

  J Douglas tree was waiting on a response to send it .I will have  a check in the Mail first thing in the morning for 1400,Please let  me know if this needs to be sent and still agrees, Thanks let us know.
