    I purchased a sweatshirt for my husband and a shirt for me the beginning of September 2023. No tracking was provided. I emailed multiple times and finally received the order 6 weeks after ordering. My husbands shirt fit. Mine was way too small. I followed the instructions on the web site for return. I never heard back. I emailed multiple times - no answer. Their customer service email doesn't work and there is no phone number. My order number was *****. Please refund the cost of the women's t-shirt.

    I ordered merchandise in August 2023. I have yet to received any of the items. The total amount was $71.79. I contacted them October 30, ***************************************** through email. So far no email. I would like a refund of my money. This is exactly as the other complaint filed before mine. I think this must be a scam operation.

    I purchased a shirt online from ShopDonJr on 9/3/23. This shirt was for my father's birthday in mid-September. After a week and no tracking information, I contacted ShopDonJr by email (they have no phone number for customer service), and asked for tracking, which was met by NO reply. I sent several emails after that asking for information and finally a refund. I never received a reply from ShopDonJr. They took my money and never sent the shirt. I filed a dispute with my credit card company on 9/16/23. I finally today got an email from ShopDonJr saying they were sending the shirt, after I asked for a cancellation. What kind of company sends an item a month and a half later? This was for a gift needed in September. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded, only to be met with being ignored. This company is shady. They do not respond to customer emails. They should be shut down. I hope other customers don't have to go through what I have. I want the order cancelled and refunded as I have asked several times.

    I have tried by e mail to contact this company and it will not respond. I have tried 6 times over three weeks. I cannot find a phone no. to contact them. If i can't get my order, then i would need a refund. They simply won't respond.

    On 8-26-2023 I purchased a total of $80.03. On 9-12-2023 I sent an e-mail requesting info on my order #*****. I received a brief message stating that someone would be getting back with me and if this was about my order I needed to give it a few weeks for it to ship. On 9-16-2023 I sent another email requesting help on my order. And received no answer. On 9-19-2023 I sent another e-mail with no answer. On 9-23-2023 I sent another messaging asking for info on my order and that I would now be speaking with my credit card company and the BBB. And received the same answer as before that someone would be getting with me . Also 1 last try I sent another e-mail today 9-28-2023 and again received the same response as the rest. At this point all I want is my money back. I have saved all my emails to include what they sent when I ordered and there intro welcome message.
