Date of transaction was 9/23/23 I purchased a digital ********* program for my computer.I paid $62.00 I received their download and the activation key. At this point all was going as planned.Once I entered the activation key, and error message came up telling me that the program was 32bit and my system was 64bit.i tried a few times ensuring I was downloading the correct version.Again and again an error message.I tried calling the company, but their phone was continuously busy and unavailable. I went on their chat line, but only got a robot. I emailed them, but go no rest. Eventually I removed the link, sent an email requesting a refund. Meanwhile, I purchAsed the program from another company.DigitaProductKey is making every excuse to refund me. They are suggesting that I am lying. They are requesting I screenshot the error message, which I cannot as I no longer have their link.I am demanding a refund. I should no have to go through this aggravation ov $62.Please help

I bought a product key from DigitalProductKey.com to upgrade from Windows 10 Home Edition to Windows 10 Pro Edition. They emailed me the key and when i went to use it gave me an error telling me the product key doesn't work. I emailed their customer support informing them of the issue and submitting a screenshot as proof(attached), they emailed back me a "workaround" that would involve disconnecting my PC from the internet and entering a "generic" windows 10 pro key. I was not comfortable doing this, it seemed illegitimate and very sketchy so i refused. (I have included a screenshot of the what they wanted me to do.) They then offered remote assistance, I declined since i didn't want to try their workaround and I asked for my money back since their product does not work. They did not respond. I found a "revoke contract" page on their website that stated I needed to sent them a form email within 14 days and I would get a refund. I did that within 3 days of purchase and they responded by offering me remote assistance again. Each time they contact me there is no mention of anything related to refunding my money just the same workarounds repeated. All I want is my money back and then I will be happy. If they are so sure that their workarounds work then someone else more willing to try their unorthodox methods for activating windows can buy it and use it. I have not been able to get it to work and I am not going to try again so if it's "good" they can easily resell it. Please help me. I just want a refund.Thank you,***********************

Productkeys.com sold me a product they knew in advance was completely unusable. They sold me a digital copy of software from MS ( visual studio enterprise) with a license key listed on the product description as 'lifetime' ( which means no further cost to use this software for life). They instructed me to download the software from ********* web site, where I discovered that the key was completely unusable and was invalid. The thing is that they know they are selling completely unusable software and they *********** that the purchaser will walk away without a refund. I have asked for a full refund, I asked that they stop selling this item and described why. Finally, as best I can tell ********* has not been accepting such software keys for over 2 years, this company has to have known they are selling unusable software which makes them thieves in my book. My attachment is a screen shot of *********'s website showing invalid license. I appreciate the time to look into this important matter.

I purchased a product online from: *************************** . They took my money but did not have the product in stock as advertised; consequently unable to download the **************** 2011.I had to purchase it from another source since needed it urgently for business. It was purchased from ********* directly. They are unwilling to give me a refund on my purchase with them. They asked for a receipt for my ********* purchase and would not accept the screen shots I took from the ********* website, my account.Seriously unethical and bad business. It didn't cost much from Productkey24.com but it's the principle of the thing.

Scam alert! Digital product key delivers a faulty key and then refuses to refund. I suspect the positive reviews are faulty.
